I have purchased Acer Ergo Multifunction Monitor & Laptop Stand on 28/10/2025, on the same evening I got a call from Addmecart team for order confirmation from moible no. 8069137169. Then I call them for the delivery update after 1 week however no one picked up the call. So I mail them for order status. Since the Add me cart team just taking time to update but nothing is updated till today.

Top-notch products and professional service. From phones to TVs, everything met my expectations.

This guys are doing fraud business while I have ordered Philips Timmer they sent htc Timmer that too much old one and when i have requested for replace they asking unboxing video even i have recorded and sent also they are not accepting and customer support team not accepting calls they is no chance of contacting them.
NOTE: Don't waste money by purchasing products in Addmecart will get wrong products delivered

This is a fraud site! Don't buy anything from them. They take the order n then don't deliver. Wen u make the cancellation they will not refund u n instead will stop even receiving ur calls n loop u in emails n then stop replying to them too. I ordered nothing phone 2 from them for 30000/-. No phone not the no ey yet!

Scam fraud and cheats. I ordered Prestige Swish V4 2000W induction cooker they sent me inferior Surya K star. I sent them the photographs. They are not exchanging with genuine and they have blocked my phone.

This is fraud company and they lured Customer with low price product and looted,we also booked apple i phone and they did not delivered it nor return our money,they are based on Gujarat based office however police is not taking any action due to Amit shah share holder company

I have ordered itel 900 key pad mobile from addmecart website. But when I enquiry about shipping the contact no. is not responding. This no. is busy all the time setting by the website. The order status is always showing processing and I have lost 1748/-.One day they email to me that"We are money eating website. Nobody can harm us. We extract crore of money from customers. Despite our website is present for cheating people. Ha.Ha.Ha..."

This functions seems to be fraudulent. I placed an order no.. 71107701104037 for two numbers Usha make carbon heaters was cancelled long back as site regretted for not having the product. Despite 27 email communications still not got any refund. Telephone shows always out of service.

I had placed an order (Order ID: 7210770115475875) for an Amazon Fire Stick on 23rd July, 2025, and it has been over 4months now, but I have still not received the delivery. I had already made the full payment, but there has been no update on the order status.

Despite repeated attempts, the customer support team has not responded to my calls or emails. This lack of communication, delayed delivery, and no refund is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter further through consumer forums.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before placing any orders here, as they neither deliver the product nor provide refunds.
