I've received the product Iphone 14 Plus today. I got it in Super Condition. Really Happy Purchasing from Ovantica.

They dont have stock for the items shown in their site after placing the order. Then they seem to be upselling their products. And customer support is quite shady. Seems like a scam website. Never place prepaid orders.

I purchased a Samsung Z Flip 3 from you, which turned out to be a defective unit. After multiple requests and complaints, it was replaced with a Samsung S21 Ultra. Unfortunately, this replacement device was also defective.

After repeated follow-ups, some issues were addressed, but the phone is still not working properly. The device is currently under warranty, yet I am now being refused repair or replacement, which is unacceptable.

Selling defective products repeatedly and then refusing service under warranty amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request you to immediately resolve this issue by either repairing the device properly or providing a replacement/refund as per warranty terms.

If this matter is not resolved within the next 7 days, I will be forced to escalate the issue to the Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court without further notice.
