I spent some time to find a platform that Supports me in my growing business (no constant fees in the beginning) and I was very happy to find Payhip. Recently, I had a question where I needed support and was very glad to receive prompt answers from a very helpful customer support. No AI. No delay. Just prompt help that worked. I really appreciate it.

It’s ok for simplicity but does have design flaws and limitations. Logo in header is super tiny so faced to keep it text based. If you ever run into a problems don’t hold your breath for support as it can take days…

Payhip is truly an amazing platform, and I especially appreciate how easy it is to set up an account, payments, my storefront website, and my products!

I am new to Payhip and I love everything about them. How easy it is to integrate (custom url) and use the features (store, blogposts e.t.c), can't beat the pricing! I haven't used most of the features, but I am sure I will only have great things to say. Most importantly I love how thoughtful their customer support team is. I have been using Payhip for about two years and it's a great alternative to Shopify. When you start a business, you're not really able to pay a monthly subscription. Payhip only charges a tiny percent on what you sell. They take care of UK vat but in April will be able to do US sales too. Their support is very helpful and responsive. For me, it's been a great option for digital and physical products.

By far the best way to sell stuff online on a small or non-existent budget! Customer service has always been great here and they respond quickly, even with guides accompanied by screenshots in case you need them.
Amazing company you can trust - not only with your online store, but with your data aswell.

I had a pretty specific product tech question and Kim had kindly helped me. It was a rather complicated set up that I was trying do with my ebook. Kim did some extra digging and found a workaround, and even made a Loom video so I could follow along. Seriously amazing service. Thank you again Kim!

I sell online courses on Payhip and it's been great. Everything works exactly the way I want it, and I was able to also start selling ebooks and worksheets as a bundle with my course. Glad I don't have to pay insane monthly fees from other platforms anymore. Migrating was a bit of a process, but Payhip support team helped me a lot. Thank you Payhip!
