Reclaim the Throne
[edit]Shendelzare, the rightful queen of Skywrath, has been brutally deposed by her sister, Imperia. As a member of Imperia's elite mageguard, Dragonus's powers and life were at her mercy. Crownfall is an event that runs from April 18th, 2024 to February 6th, 2025,[1] largely centered on Vengeful Spirit's quest for revenge against her sister Imperia. Players can complete Cavern Crawl styled quests and receive several rewards, such as treasures and exclusive sets.
Unlike previous events of this type, there is now usually a single linear path towards the goal, with branching optional paths sprouting out from it. Also unlike previous events, requirements between nodes no longer come in the form of single-hero victory quests, but rather, as a Token requirement. Players can earn tokens by completing games of Dota, after which they will receive Tokens themed after the hero, with victories yielding more Tokens.
Each node in the event is now an Encounter, and besides a reward, also unlocks one small excerpt of the event's main plot, shown as character portraits talking to one another. This is called the Dota Visual Novel and consists of the majority of Encounters in a Crownfall map. However Encounters may occasionally show Comics or even let you play Minigames.
The event was set to end on January 15th, but was extended until February 6th after calls from the community.[1]

MMR Doubledown Tokens can be used to multiply the matchmaking rating wager by two, effectively gaining or losing 50 MMRs, instead of 25.
Could be bought in the Crownfall Store or earned by completing Crownfall Acts.
Candyworks Caravan
[edit]Candy is currency and this shop stocks some very sweet loot. Sithil and Quirt are cagey about the details, but one thing is crystal clear: they need serious amount of candy — and are pawning off every piece of treasure in their stash to get it.Candyworks Caravan description (in-game banner)
- Players can earn candies by completing Crownfall Acts or by purchasing Crownfall Royal Bundles.
- Candies could be spent to purchase individual items on Candyworks Caravan.
- Rerolls are used to refresh the Candyworks Caravan's items list.
- Once every week players get 10 reroll slots refreshed.
- To earn 1 reroll players must win a match of Dota.
- Different candies withhold the same value, despite looking differently.
- Players can trade their candies for other candies, either 3 for 1, or depending on the list of available trades.
- Available trades list refresh every week.
