Great product, when it worked. My hated knee sleeve worked for a few weeks but then stopped warming. Emailed customer support regarding warranty and a replacement but no response. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service! No replies at all for months after receiving faulty blankets

Bought their Sauna blanket Oct 23. Didn’t use it regularly enough during the cooling off period but when I finally did, it was not performing as well as I thought it should. The temperature would fluctuate wildly and some times I would barely break a sweat. I had several exchanges until they agreed to replace it but I’d read reviews of people returning them and not getting their refund, I made the stupid decision to live with it, but barely used it.
Fast forward to 2025, I used it regularly and it was ok until the weather cooled, then it would barely heat up. Then the £300 blanket stops working, electrical fault, it’s out of warranty and Mihigh, tell me they can’t replace, repair it and can’t offer me a refund because it was ordered through clear pay.
The price of their blankets have plummeted, because theres a good reason, they’re rubbish, don’t waste your time and money with them.

Purchased a sauna blanket based on the stated "30 day risk free trial."

Well, the blanket sucks--I barely was sweating even at the highest setting--and it's generally uncomfortable.

I sent a polite return request email per their policy--well within the 30 days--and it's been completely ignored. (I did get an automatic response saying someone would be in touch, but no actual person has replied and I have no return instructions, address, or approval for the return).

Of course, there is no customer service number to call.

I sent a few follow up emails after waiting for a reply. No response.

I chatted with the A.I. bot on their website and it said I should send an email (which I'd already done), and further mentioned a 15% restocking fee and that I'd be responsible for return shipping. None of this was stated originally, nor is it consistent with a "30 day RISK FREE TRIAL."

"Risk free" means you have nothing to lose. THat's what 'risk free' means. If you have to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, that's not "risk free." Those policies are ok, but they should be clearly stated on their website and they need to remove the "risk free" language, as it is intentionally misleading.

Their return policy is different in different areas of their website: One (under "30 day risk free trial" in their terms & conditions) says the company covers return shipping and that we will get a FULL refund if we return w/i 30 days of receipt.

The other (under "refund policy") asserts a 15% restocking fee and that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

So their legal language is inconsistent on their own site.

Not that I'm even getting a response anyway. Without a response, I can't return the blanket at all bc the return needs to be approved via email, and I need to be provided with a return address and ideally a return label as per the broadly advertised 'risk free trial.'

(BTW I mentioned the discrepancy to the chatbot and it, of course, said "I'm sorry, I can't help you with that." )

Further, I noticed that there is absolutely no way to review the product, which means I have literally no recourse AND suggests that most of the "five star reviews" the company touts are probably either fake or cherry picked out of the negative ones. Even on social media, they turn off their comments (so shady). So they get to continue scamming people and there's no way (other than sites like this) to warn potential customers that this is a 'take your money and run' situation.

This, folks, is late stage capitalism at its finest.

Fake, unclear, and inconsistent policies.
Promises of a "no questions asked," "risk free" return option--right there on their home page--that is meaningless and was ignored once they had my money.

Fake customer service i.e. nonexistent customer service.
Take your money, tell you you can send it back if you don't like, it, and totally ignore you when you ask to do exactly that.

I could not regret this purchase more, and it makes me feel ill that companies like this stay in business.

Terrible customer service. Requested a refund 27th December and still waiting for details to return. Do not purchase from this company.

I got a blanket and it never worked ! I have emailed twice now and filled in that silly form on the site and they are just ignoring me ! Such a shame as they aren’t cheap to purchase.

Four Saunas in and no problem. Treat with care and follow instructions and all will be ok.

Does exactly as it’s meant to do. I spend about 45 minutes in it at setting 8 and breaks a decent sweat, it’s easy to clean and easy enough to pack away

Very poor quality item. Had to have two replacements and all three broke shortly after. Second one burnt a hole in my sofa and no response from the company. I would avoid

Ordered the sauna blanket for a Christmas treat for my partner and I, loved it for the first few times of use until it stopped working.
I wish I read the reviews on here first.
Don't buy it seems 58% out of 278 customers are feeling the same and have had issues.

Going well so far. I'm glad my husband didn't look at the reviews when he bought this for me for Christmas! Everything is working, it's as hot as I expected. I've used it under 10 times so far but I'm happy with it. Will keep the review updated with my experience over time.

Amazing service from MiHigh (I just wish I knew the persons name to thank). Once they realised my sauna blanket had not arrived a full refund was provided no questions asked. They also apologised for the delay and frustration that it caused. Yes, it did take a few emails and follow up but the service was there in the end.

Ordered a sauna blanket on the 13th Dec and not yet received. Messaged a few times and received one response but nothing for a while. If you’re reading this MiHigh is it possible for you to please let me know where my order is as it’s a gift.

Update 18 Dec: Customer services finally replied to my emails the day after I posted this review (I’m assuming that’s not a coincidence!) and refunded me in full without my having to go through the hassle of sending back the heating pad, which I greatly appreciated, so I’m raising my score from 1 star to 3 stars. I’m not going higher though since it shouldn’t take multiple emails and a negative online review to get through or to have a company do the right thing!

Original review: Pretty disappointed. I purchased a sauna blanket from them last year that didn't work out, but they responded right away when I requested to return it. Last month I purchased a heated back pad and (a) it doesn't work (it lights up red when I stick it on charge and then eventually the light turns green when it's fully charged, but clicking on the button doesn't do anything, there's no other option to turn it on or off, and it's missing the touch screen that's on the pad in their social media videos!); and (b) they don't reply to emails and there's no phone number. I have no idea how to return this thing. The website says there's a 30-day return policy but how am I supposed to return it if there's no online form to do so and they don't reply to emails?? I wish I had looked at the trustpilot reviews before purchasing since it looks like this has happened to other people, too.

AVOID!!!! First, the zipper broke. They sent a replacement. That one, the electrics were faulty. Then I opted for a refund, to which they agreed. It's taken 3 months and still no refund! And they've stopped replying to my emails. I've had to involve my Bank to sort this out. It's a scam product. Their phone number is also not working. I've now reported them to Consumer Services, and my bank will go through Visa to get my money back. I've also logged a complaint with Clearpay. I'm shocked they're still advertising this product. Do not buy this item as it will be a hassle to get a refund, and as per other reviews and my experience, the product is faulty.

This company is shocking. Avoid, don't waste your time or money.

I used to pay to go to an infrared sauna, but since I went MiHigh, have had absolutely no need to go back! It was great value and I have more than earned the money back from buying this since buying it, a fantastic investment for health!

Best investment ever!! Great for people with arthritis or muscle pain. Great for your skin as well. Use on a weekly basis!

Its a great product, so effective and I doubt a home sauna cabin could give me the convenience or benefits.

I've had my blanket for over 10 months it started to get a little problem with heating. I contacted mihigh and got a very prompt reply without even asking I was told they would be supplying me with a new blanket. Even answering emails at 8.30pm!!
