They gave me a test 1gb at registration, so I replenished my balance, bought a proxy with unlimited traffic, then I tried to buy a second one, but it turned out that I didn't have enough 4 cents for this, although I replenished the correct amount! It turns out that 1gb of test traffic is given only for 24 hours, there is no notification about it, the bonuses have burned out, there was a waste from my balance, and therefore there is not enough money to pay for the second proxy. Support says that everything is within their rules. The information that the test is given for 24 hours is somewhere on the site, they also do not allow you to withdraw the balance balance. they refer to the rule that I have already used the service. If I had mistakenly deposited not $ 10 but $1000, I would not have been able to return it ;(one must be extremely careful. And a bonus track if you deposit less than $ 10, then you give them to the service.

I found their unlimited packs quite useful - no need to keep track of the GB's you've spent. Price is almost the same as per GB so I switched with no hesitation .

False prices
I used asocks for many years but now I realized that the price they charge you for corporate proxys is much higher than they say.
This is the price for corporate proxys on their website: Corporate proxies $0.9/GB
This is what they charged me:
Today: 2.8Gb • $7.8
Yesterday: 5.3Gb • $14.1
And I used only coporate proxys via shared proxy port, nothing else. The support told me that they have fixed this issue now but nothing has changed on my side and they closed my support ticket without waiting for my reply and I didn't got a refund.
Then I created a completely new account with a corporate shared proxy port and they charge me again much higher prices than they say:
Today: 2.3Gb • $6.9
So they charged me $3.0 per Gb today instead of 0.9$!
I have opened a new support ticket again and they say that I have to wait for a response from their team but I think the team will just close this ticket again without any statement of why they charged me way more than I have used.
UPDATE 26.11.2025:
They refunded me the difference between the price shown on their page and the price which was falsely credited.
The support told me that there might be a "slight increase" of the costs for corporate proxys because of ongoing improvements in their system. However, 3 times higher costs are not a slight increase in my opinion.
Anyway, they refunded me the false costs, so it's okay for me now.
