As a non-swede it's difficult to pay…

As a non-swede it's difficult to pay the bills unfortunately and if you miss one, its sent directly to inkasso, which is way too severe of a punishment for forgetting something simple.
I mean - if there's a wish to accommodate foreigners and make life easier for them, you can. It's just that it has been the bare minimum that you do when sending the bills and when a mistake is made, then I have to pay 3x the bill immediately, which means that I would prefer not to be a customer. I'm quite surprised that the laws allow this.

Awfull customer service

Awfull customer service, not helpful at all, always thinking about how to charge the poor custmer more and earn more money and never think how to help her/him pay less. Do several mistakes and take no responsibility for that. They delayed in signing a contract with me, in collaboration with Tekniskaverken, to earn more money out of a newcomer in Sweden with by a non-active contract price! And it was what you did in collaboration with Tekniska verken to make more money and it is very dirty. never answering phone, super expensive electricity bill. I will fortunately move out bixia soon. But you earned alot in 2 months and would have been proud of that!

Please give me a notice before penalty

I got fined from paying bill delayed, only because I didn't receive any notification of electricity bill or being late for paying the electricity bill.
I wish you could give me a notice instead of just dropping me off a penalty letter directly from Kivra telling me that I need to pay the fine or you go to court. This is not the right way to treat your customer that would pay on time if you send out a notice.

Poor management and constant harassment

They were an the electricity supplier to us in Malmo (domestic). But their management is poor. Every bill received has been paid and on time, yet they keep sending unknown bills/charges to Swea, causing massive financial stress. We even asked them each time "have we paid everything?" to which their operator confirmed "yes". But then another Swea bill appears!

Eventually we left them, paid the termination fee and are now with Eon, yet we received another bill from Swea because they think we're still a customer! This company is a joke and they like to harass you at every opportunity. Do not do business with them.
