The graphic start peel off
The graphic on the back has started to peel off. This began to happen within less than two weeks of use. It's really hard to believe that the quality of this phone case has become so poor now.

cute design, GARBAGE quality…
Their designs are so cute but quality is terrible. Bought a murakami airpod case. Design PEELED OFF the second day?? So, they sent a new one. I opened the box and I could see the little design PEELING. omg.... its $30 and I could get a better one a $5 and below. Also, I bought a $70 case with BUMPERS, dropped my phone 3 feet off tile and the back SHATTERED. what is going on???

I've only had the case a few months and the picture on the back is peeling off! I paid 65 dollars for this case, I expect it to last. Especially for the only reason I bought it (the mofusand cats).
I will never buy from casetify again

I love my case
I love my case. It protect my phone- especially from th 6mo puppy and the 6yo daughter! My only wish is that the section above the usb c port was a little sturdier.
I LOVE ordering my annual photo case…
I LOVE ordering my annual photo case from Casetify. I get so many compliments on it throughout the year, and last year in particular the case was great quality. HOWEVER!! The creation process is so difficult. It took me several hours to build my case, and it wouldn't easily connect me to some of my photo albums, so the case doesn't really even have the photos I would have preferred on there. I feel like the process gets more difficult every year. I wish it was simpler, as I might make multiple cases a year if I didn't dread the process so much.

It was easy to order. I have had a few Casetify cell phone cases, I really like them!
Case peeling in 26 days
I received my brand new case on 1/13/26 and on 2/8/26 I noticed it had started chipping/peeling. I work from home and rarely leave the house. My phone is basically always laying face down on my desk. There's no reason for a $55 phone case to be ruined in less than 30 days. Casetify said their warranty doesn't cover "wear and tear." I'm incredibly disappointed that a company would willingly sell us faulty products knowing they chip and offer no recourse. I will never purchase from them again. Talk about not standing behind your product.

I did not receive one of the items I ordered and Casetify refuses to send it. Order from them at your own risk.
I ordered 3 items from Casetify: a phone case, a screen protector, and a camera protector. I did not receive the camera protector. I contacted the company providing the order #, my email address, and the situation. Their response asked for the order #, my email address and a video of the problem. Annoying, but I responded giving them the info again and noting that there was nothing to video since I was missing an item.
At 12:35am I received this message: "We have just confirmed with our team and the USPS, the weight of the dispatched parcel is exactly the same as all ordered items." How much does a camera protector weigh? Not much. The email went on to say that I should take up my complaint with the USPS, who to my knowledge had nothing to do with Casetify not including the camera protector in the package.
At 7:02pm that day - less than 24 hours later - I received a second email: "This ticket (######) has been marked as needing a reply from you before we can proceed, and it's been waiting FOR A WHILE. Because it looks like we can't move forward, we're automatically solving your ticket. (emphasis mine)"
Anyway, I gave them two stars because we did receive two out of the three things we paid for and my daughter really likes her new phone case, but obviously we won't be ordering from them again.
