Avoid this company by miles! After a large order, I came across Trustpilot reviews and I am horrified by people’s feedback. And yes unfortunately it is all true. I was naively hoping that the service has improved but I have to confirm that I am also facing the same problem as people reported on Trustpilot. No delivery of my order, no money back, no updates on delivery time. Finally after sending comments on Facebook and Instagram, Connox customer service team got back to me with an update to deliver my products. I received a tracking code and only found out that the order was sent back to the sender. I followed up with Post CH as I got no updates from Connox and they confirmed with me that Connox requested to send the order back to their warehouse. This was never communicated with me and I am still left without any refund or delivery of my order. This company is a group of liars and it should be shut down. Their service operation is violating customer rights. I placed my order 19days ago and still nothing. No updates on when I can receive my order, only one email mentioned 1-3 days delivery and that was 2 weeks ago. So it was a lie, I am just receiving empty emails with no further information. Please confirm about cancellation of my order as soon as possible with an immediate return of my money, otherwise I am planning to take legal actions against you CONNOX CH.

Absolutely unreliable service, many mistakes.
And again I have to leave here a complaint. After my first complaint here I have finally received the delivery and many items are missing or were not delivered in the correct quantity.
It is really extremely difficult to deal with the company, and their service is absolutely unsatisfactory. It takes a lot of time to track all the outstanding items, follow up and make sure everything is delivered as expected (which is not the case).

Dishonest and unhelpful
The customer service and social media team seem to like to pass the blame to the courier or the paying customer despite there being clear evidence that Connox are the cause of the issue and to compound the lack of acknowledgment of their error, they don’t even attempt to offer recompense or a solution.

An online order was placed via Connox.ch on 19 September 2021. It still has not been delivered. Contact with customer service has been the usual hollow “apologies for your inconvenience” responses with blame on the supplier of Marimekko for not delivering the goods. So if you need anything delivered anytime soon - or at anytime at all - there may be more reliable retailers elsewhere
