From fear to relief
I bought something and then I went on here because it was quiet for so long and I thought I got scammed, but leaving this review here now to say all went well. It took a long while. And after the confirmation that the payment came in, which I transfered manually, and asking when the shipment could be expected, there was a few weeks silence. And then all of a sudden the message came that a courier would contact, which they did. I could say online when I wanted them to come, received a track and trace code and it was all smooth sailing from there. If you're afraid, bit see a good deal. Pay with CC or PayPal, you'll be covered that way.
Connox are a scam
Connox are a scam, be very careful. I have been waiting more than 4 weeks for an iron candlestick I bought online from them. I am in Spain and it should have been a quick delivery. They have automated email responses and no way of contacting them. I do not believe the positive reviews here. These people are crooks. I have sadly lost my money.

Worst retail experience ever.
They tell you the shipment company will call you to inform you when the delivery will happen. When the shipment company doesn't call, Connox customer service continue to repeat themselves, saying they will call - offering no other help. I was not provided a tracking number or the name of the shipping company even when requesting this, so I couldn't even call the shipping company myself to resolve the problem. I waited in when Connox told me to, the shipment didn't arrive. Connox then continued to say that I should wait to be called by the shipment company. Worst experience ever, so stressful. Avoid Connox at all costs. The customer service are completely useless, because they just tell you that they don't have any information.

All good!
Despite the half and half reviews, the price of the item I wanted was best with them and it had free delivery. Item arrived within a week in perfect condition. The tracking drops out once it leaves Germany but popped back up the day before being delivered, so no issues there. Will use them again for sure.

I took a gamble and placed an order with Connox even after their patchy review history. The item was a lot cheaper than other sites which was great.
The item did take a long time and the progress tracking was non-existent. I did email asking for an update and they actioned the order and sent the next day.
If you are patient and simply ask for an update the company will deliver.
Could do better with order status so 4/5.
Positive experience
Well, I read all the reviews and was a little nervous to purchase, but after shopping around I decided the prices were tempting enough to pull the trigger. Glad I did. In under 2 weeks we had our stools in hand, undamaged, delivered fully assembled to Los Angeles. I thought for sure that a 45$ shipping price from Europe meant these would be packed flat. Shipping cost was less and faster than a seller 2 states away from me in the US. I did contact customer service once and they responded within a few days. Very pleased with my experience.

In stock item not shipped after 2 months. I had hopes for connox, as understandably an item had to come from supplier. But now the missing item had been in stock for over 2 months, and still no sign of shipping. Connox customer service email are a dead-end. To connox customer service, if you do read this thread, please reach out with an update/resolution.

The Nobili Candle Cones are Gorgeous!
I ordered 4 Kähler Design Nobili Tealight candle cones, and contacted Connox with questions about color choices and shipping (I live in California). Courtney was very helpful. The box was packaged beautifully, and arrived at my front door only 14 days after I ordered them. The Tealight cones are gorgeous. I hope to buy more next year. Thank you!

There is zero communication with Connox team. No email nor ticket gets answered. Phone always drops off "too many clients" however I must remove previous review because I got notification from Post that my order was shipped. It is really a pity that it only happened after posting negative review.
So all in all: zero communication, delayed shipment but at the end shipped.
Initial review was:
Money gone, delivery delay reported by Connox system. No new date provided. No refund was possible. No phone answers. No emails answered.

Faultless, prompt delivery. Was apprehensive to order as had read many of the other reviews, but needs must due to my toddler losing a beloved comfort blanket that couldn't be replaced by any other shop or site! Worth the risk...
I received an order update each day after I placed the order until it was dispatched on day 3 (first working day after order). Then received tracking details for DHL which worked fine. Received the item (sent from Germany to the UK) in perfect condition 7 days after ordering.
Perhaps I just got lucky, but everything went very smoothly.

Seamless shopping experience
After reading so many negative reviews, I hesitated to purchase items from their store, but I did it anyway since their price is much better than any other website I can find. However, my shopping experience is excellent. They shipped my item within three days, as they promised, with a tracking number. The item arrived today, which is much faster than they estimated. The package is wrapped professionally without any damage. I definitely will be a return customer.

Is it now end of August 2023 and we have yet to receive our funds back. We have followed up multiple times and have not yet heard back.
I strongly do not recommend this company to other small business owners like myself, or consumers of any level.

Delivery times are always wild underestimates, they send missing pieces and quote 6 week back orders to fix, and have lousy customer services

Very poor service
Very poor service. I ended up having to pay a UK customs fee of £50 which was not reflected in the delivery price. No offer to reimburse even part of this, despite my request. Also general delays and service issues. Would strongly recommend NOT to buy anything from Connox, particularly if you are based in the UK. Have also experienced long delays with another item - still has not arrived after four weeks.
Connox says in the response that the requirement to pay the customs charge is mentioned on their website. Are they really expecting the customer to go into their website and read their entire terms and conditions before making a purchase? Obviously no one does that and it is misleading for them to suggest otherwise.
