Reliable designer goods from a wide range of brands
We’ve bought quite some items from this website, from simple wine glasses to larger pieces like a dining table and a coffee table. Everything was packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer since the items ship directly from the manufacturer, but it’s still within an acceptable timeframe.Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Disappointed again: No products, no updates
Again, Connox is unable to deliver in stock items - which is a mystery to me. I ordered 16 days ago and nothing is moving, which is especially worrying because it includes a Christmas gift for my little daughter. If you don’t have the capacity, don’t offer Black Friday sales. Every time I order from Connox I get disappointed, I’ve previously canceled an order for more than 4.000 EUR because they were unable to deliver the items in 3 months, but apparently haven’t learned.
Update after 3 weeks: the order has now arrived, but the Christmas present is faulty. Hopefully this will be resolved in time.

Took my money, did not fulfill delivery, product 'auf Lager' on their website, no further update from Connox.
I ordered a cabinet on November 16th, with an expected dispatch date of November 18th.
On November 19th I received an update that the product was not available and they are confirming a delivery for me. It's now 9 days after the last email with no further information or update. I sent their customer service an email 3 days ago and no reply.
In the meantime the product I ordered is on their website as "available" with 3 units in stock and still no update or response for Connox. So far they've just taken my money with no further action on their part.

Unreliable and uncoordinated
I ordered a bedframe from Connox in mid September that was advertised as “in stock,” yet nothing was shipped. When I checked in two weeks later, they admitted to an inventory error and said it would take up to four more weeks as the item had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer. Four weeks passed with no clear update. When I followed up again, they had zero visibility on the order. It then took them another two weeks to confirm, due to yet another error, that my item was not included in the manufacturer’s shipment.
Several months of delays, no proactive communication, and compensation offers so small they were insulting. In my experience, this company is disorganised, unresponsive, and not customer friendly. Zero stars. Avoid.

Waste of time
Waste of time.
I made my order. Because supposedly they had short delivery times. Yet I needed to email many times and didn’t received any response. I then decided to escalate my case with PayPal and then finally a refund was issued. No apologies, no explanations about why the item was never sent. Just a: we have issued a refund. After more than 5 emails!

UPDATE: after admitting the faulty product they sent, it took over 2 weeks to even send me an email that they are now sending me a replacement article. NOW I got an email that I have to pay for my replacement article??? And they sent me a new invoice. How stupid is this??
Unbelievable. I’d avoid this website at all cost moving forward!! Such a scam and total incompetence.
My claims are not being listened to or responded to. Incompetent customer service. Do not purchase anything on this website.

Non existence of customer service
Update:
Provided info regarding the order it concerns and sent another email and surprise still nothing. No response whatsoever. The response to my review seems to be there only to make it look like there’s customer service provided after they take your money. Stay away from this shop, there are many others that sell what CONNOX sells. Downgraded to one star.
Ordered 2 iitala teems starter sets, one of the plates cracked straight down the middle at first use. Sent three emails to Connox to have this resolved, no answer at all. Ordered quite a bit with them over the years, will not be doing that again. Great place to spend your hard earned cash but no as in none at all customer service when you need it.

Lost package and damaged delivery
First, package seemed to be “lost” at Connox’s warehouse. A replacement order was sent out. When it all finally arrived, the lamp was delivered shattered. Ordered from Connox before and it was fine, but this order was a waste of time.

Very reliable, fair prices, relatively broad range of products… normally you find all the basics there with average pricing.
Disappointed experience
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at Connox. Two things:
1. I received a broken cup in my order. I contacted customer service right away for a refund, but it's been over three days, and I've heard nothing back. Total silence, and no solution yet.
2. I also bought something that was supposed to be back in stock in three days, but here we are, three weeks later, and it still hasn't shipped. I tried to cancel since it's taking forever, but again, getting a hold of customer service is like waiting for a miracle.
Honestly, it's been a super frustrating experience. I expected better from Connox, especially with their good reputation. But after this, I doubt I'll shop there again. If you're thinking about ordering from them, just a heads-up that their customer service might leave you hanging.
