Dependable bank

The rewards and benefits on my DIB cards are actually quite good. Transactions are smooth and I haven't had any issues with hidden fees. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the customer service agents often give conflicting information depending on who you talk to. Overall, a dependable bank.

I am unable to log in to my DIB mobile banking account and require urgent assistance to resolve this issue.

I have already visited the Mirdif branch and called to call center also, but unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved there. This is causing significant inconvenience, and I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied reply by AI auto response. Even they couldn’t help login mobile banking App DIB my account in mirdiff branch and call center also.

Please let me know if any further information or verification is required from my side.

I would like to sincerely commend Mohammed, Customer Service Agent at DIB Abu Dhabi Muroor Branch, for his exceptional professionalism and dedication. A problem that I had been facing for over a week was resolved by Mohammed in less than 24 hours, thanks to his efficiency, clear communication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Worst banking services after sales

Worst banking services after sales. My debit card was expired and I’m following up for the same since then not received yet even after sending 4 emails and 5 calls to customer service each time I get a different reply from their agents and no manager or supervisor calls you back. I’m tired from them and soon will close my account.

DIB is not worth relying

DIB is not worth relying! Rating of negative will not even justify. The worst customer service I have experienced! And the most confusing/ complicated statement bill for credit card. The email that they are sending telling "total amount due" is different from total amount due that is showing in the monthly statement. For how many months Im paying the said total amount due that im receiving thru my email but my available balance seems not getting more. And the clever customer service representatives can't have the patience and knowledge to make you understand.

Very poor service from the bank staff and same the customers care, I am the person who using dib bank services from the 7 years but from the before 5 years I didn't use application then I forgot the password and user id then I want use again but I try to change from application there is showing your user id is blocked but I call the customer care they are also telling to me go through application only, I visited office also they are also told to me same thing, no one want help ,very disgusting service, really very disappointed!

I had the misfortune of dealing with Ahmed Talaat, an auto sales advisor, whose communication was extremely rude and unprofessional.

My application was rejected with incorrect claims that my employer was “fake” or “imaginary,” when in reality the company I have worked for 4 years has undergone a recent acquisition. This suggests poor verification processes and a lack of knowledge on what a company acquisition is.

The manner of communication was rude, dismissive, and wildly inappropriate. Even a rejection can be handled professionally, and this was not.

This experience raises serious concerns about staff training and customer service standards. Very disappointing and zero etiquette.

I want to tell my feedback about DIB delma mall branch in abu dhabi, it is very poor customer service, the team are very delaying the process and taking very long time to finish, not supportive specially counter one lady and the branch manager lady, very awful experience and not recommending to deal with them at all , you can try and see what i mean

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. The branch staff were not friendly, and the call center is extremely difficult to reach. The overall service has been frustrating, and I’ve wasted a lot of time and money trying to get assistance. In the end, I still couldn’t reach anyone, so it was only a waste of money. This really needs improvement. Even when I send an email, only a robot replies. I feel like DIb doesn’t have any staff.

Worst Bank Ever

Worst customer service. An employee provided incorrect instructions, and I spent several days going to the office only to find out she wasn’t even aware of the correct process. It was a complete waste of three days. When I became frustrated, she made her colleague face me instead to explain the situation.

They approve loans easily but charge extremely high fees, so be careful. Do not use this bank if you don’t want unnecessary headaches.

Dubai Islamic bank is a joke as a company. Very very very poor customer service and fraud support. A rating of 1 of 5 is an insult to other entities that was given the same rating. Whoever is in charge of the company should consider some soul searching and self-contemplation.
