Terrible service – opened parcel, re-packed, 10+ days delay
I paid for an expensive Door-to-Door delivery with a 4-day promised transit time.
Reality:
Delivery took more than 10 days
Parcel blocked in Lisbon for days
Multiple false statuses: “recipient absent”, “wrong address”
Courier actually called a third party and delivered the parcel to a neighbor without consent
Worst part:
The parcel did NOT arrive in its original box
It was opened, damaged and re-packed
My personal belongings were exposed
Re-packaging was done without any authorization
Both parcels were:
Picked up same day
From the same place
One arrived normally, the other arrived opened and mishandled
This clearly proves the issue happened during transport.
Customer support was slow, evasive and never took responsibility.

Booked a delivery from Portugal to Romania, 30 eur, the courier was never to be seen. They "tried" 3 times, after which the customer service just stopped answering messages. Know that this company just provides a bridge to actual couriers, so do go directly to them. If it goes wrong their support team is bad.

I ordered door-to-door parcel mailing service (Italy-Estonia). I patiently waited for a week for the collection, but the courier never showed up. I provided my phone number but I was never called. After a week my order was cancelled by the courier. I asked for a refund but since I had not chosen flexible cancellation, they are asking me for a 6€ fine per parcel for a service they failed to provide.
The customer service closed my ticket and refuses to continue the dialogue to offer a satisfactory result.

I ordered delivery for my paracels, however, noticed a mistake in the address and tried to fix this. Customer service never responded regarding this, now I have a feeling since reading all the reviews that the pickup won't happen and the last message I received from "Simon Assistant Customer Support Specialist" was saying "I've escalated your case to a colleague who will handle the cancellation and refund" and he disappeared completely. Fixing a simple address issue seems just impossible. Very frustrating experience overall and I feel I will loose my money.
Later searching this company and people's experiences I found a page ecoparcel-review with real customer experiences and common problems.
I recommend reading it before ordering. I wish I had and now I'm curious to see if this pick up will actually happen. Better try and just contact my bank after this mess.

I booked and paid in advance for a pickup of 4 parcels from Bulgaria.
The pickup was never carried out.
After contacting customer support, they told me a second pickup had been scheduled, but that never happened either.
About a week later, I checked my order and found that it had been unilaterally cancelled, with no pickup performed and no prior notice.
The worst part: They refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that the service was never provided.
Unprofessional behavior, useless customer support, and extremely poor service management.
They take your money, fail to deliver the service, and then keep the payment.
Avoid at all costs. This looks more like a scam than a shipping service.
Courier didn’t arrive twice
Last week on Wednesday the courier was supposed to pick up three boxes and he didn't come, so I rescheduled the pick-up date for Friday, paid €15 for it, and customer assistant Simon wrote to me that the courier would arrive on Friday evening. I found it strange that he would arrive on Friday evening and of course he didn't. I don't know what to do, no one is communicating with me anymore and no one has answered my chat. So I hope it gets resolved.

Last week, I prepaid a shipping service from Bulgaria to France via the Ecoparcel platform. The courier was supposed to pick up the parcel on Tuesday, but nobody showed up. At the end of the business day, I contacted customer service. They assured me the courier would come the next day, but again, nobody showed up. I’ve been in constant contact with the dispatcher, but their responses have been completely unhelpful. After wasting another workday at home waiting, I called the company last night, only to be told there’s nothing they can do – no idea when or if someone will pick up the package. I exhausted all options to find a solution via their customer service, and with no success. They even do not return phone calls, I had to chase them. Finally, I needed to request a chargeback to recover my money for a service that was never provided. After 5 days wasted, I mailed my package via BG Post (tracked) for fraction of the price.

I'm at fault for not coming here earlier. These guys are running a simple scam: take order, never show up, keep €6 refunding fee. No need to actually do any work. Don't fall for it.

Probably the worst company. I order something on ebay from Portugal to Greece and it says one week to delivery and in one week it is in Portugal. The only think they do in one week is to transfer the package from one town to the other. There is also no way to contact with the company. The worst experience ever
I sent a package to Madrid
I sent a package to Madrid, Spain, via ecoparcels, and according to the updates it's in a warehouse, since there were problems with the delivery. I doubled check the contact information of the receiving party, and it's correct- she was never contacted or notified about the delivery. I spoke to costumer support last week, and they were gonna send the package to the person within 2 days- more than a week has passed, and there's no update at all. I'm trying to make another ticket on the website, and the site now does not recognizes the order ID- DO not send anything through this website, it's a total scam.

pure stress service
Booked a door2door collection service. The parcel was never collected stating that the parcel was not ready, although it was. I requested free re-collection (instead of paying extra 5 EURO) as it was not due my fault. But this was taking ages, so I decided to pay 5 and ask for refund. Which they said they can't do as I accepted the fee. The parcel was not collected even on second time at which point I asked for full refund. They said they forwarded my claim to finances department. I've never heard from them again. They closed my case and I'm not able to contact them again.

I booked a parcel collection for 14/01 waited all day (8am-6pm) but no one came. I received no call, no message, no delivery update. I contacted the help chat and was told a human agent would reply but i never got any response. This is unacceptable customer service and failure to provide the paid service.
