Still no refund

Still no refund. The company told me that they will send me the money for my insurance for my lost package within 30 days. Now it's more than that and still they tell me to be patient.
I'm struggling with this package since Oktober 2025. first I waited super long because they lost the package. Now I'm waiting for my money that they apparently don't won't to pay. Worst service and worst logistics company ever.

Great value-money van delivery

A good shipping company

It is a really nice agency that handles international shipping. From a EU to a EU countries have nice prices to. And their costumer service is really helpful. I had a problem with some extra fees I was charged and the manager Milica that handled my case me was really fast in replying and helpful.

Very happy with the customer service + product

Hristian was very quick to repond and find a solution to my issue. The customer service I received was incredibly kind and understanding. Besides that, Eurosender is a great service. Very easy and quick when it comes to arranging (in my case) a pickup delivery of some documents abroad.

A logistics company that truly cares about small businesses 🙏🏾🤧

As a small crochet flower business owner based in Portugal, launching my e-commerce was both exciting and intimidating. One of my biggest challenges was finding a shipping solution that felt safe, reliable and fair in price. Most of the time, shipping costs were higher than the product itself, which is heartbreaking for a small handmade business.

This week, I came across a Eurosender post on social media about shipping solutions for small businesses in Europe and their new Shopify app. It immediately caught my attention. I explored their Instagram, loved the content, and then went straight to the website to see if the service really matched what they were promising.

I created an account, ran a few simulations and spent hours watching their YouTube tutorials to truly understand how everything worked. Shortly after, I received a like from Eurosender and a very warm welcome message in my Instagram inbox. That already felt different. It felt human.

I still had some doubts, and they shared a contact number. I called right away and spoke with Nabil (he is a really cool guy). In just 15 minutes, he patiently helped me fix an account I had set up incorrectly, guided me through the Shopify plugin, and answered every single question with kindness and clarity. No rush, no scripts, just genuine support. He even left the communication open in case I ever need help again.

As a small business owner, being seen and supported like this by a large company means more than I can explain. Eurosender didn’t just offer a service. They offered care, attention and real help. This experience made me feel confident, encouraged and truly supported on my journey.
