No Phone Support
I'm new with HEK and selected them for their bonus programs that my insurance broker told me about. They've since stripped all of that information from their website and it says to just call them about the bonus programs. I call, and the person on the phone said he couldn't give me any information and someone would need to call me back at their convenience. I'm at work and can't just take calls. The only solution was to send a general email, I was told. I'm really regretting this decision to switch from AOK.
