For the most part, I’m satisfied. The user interface is easy and clear. All the basic functionalities are there. I would maybe like to see a bit more detailed analytics.

Planable is the social media management tool where teams actually collaborate, not just pass feedback around. It helps with centralizing posts in a shared calendar, keeping everything visible and organized from start to publish. You can see draft posts exactly as they’ll appear live and use multi view options to review content from different perspectives. Feedback stays in context, using comments and shareable views to keep everyone aligned without confusion. Planable is a client friendly workspace that supports all types of content — from social media to newsletters, briefs, and more, with structured approvals and clear visibility across teams.

As someone who uses Planable daily as part of their job, I would like to say that if it were up to me I would just get rid of it.
In my honest opinion it creates more problems than it solves. I'll elaborate :
- Storage is very limited for a basic plan, which is the plan most people need, including someone using it for work. Trust me, the added features are not worth the extra cost and they are also not the extra features that anyone actually wants.
- Platform integration is spotty at best. The Instagram algorithm automatically swats planable published posts, or any 3rd party posts for that matter, but it is also lacking the features that you actually need to be able to fully control the posts themselves. Stories NEVER actually publish when trying through Planable, I can't select music, I can't tag anyone, I can't collaborate or use ANY of the auxiliary features available when posting directly through Instagram, but oh, wow, I can add a location. Great... thanks. The same lack of features goes for most platforms that you can connect to Planable, as there are essential ones missing from each of these.
- The Pinterest integration is terrible, but it's mostly the fault of Pinterest, however, it seems that the strict "aspect ratios must match" rule only applies to third party apps such as Planable, but the Pinterest app itself doesn't seem to care that one image is 2000x3000 and the next one is 2001x3000... It works just fine, so the strict limitation is a fabrication.
- The UI design and functionality is clunky and very buggy. I often encounter problems with buttons simply refusing to do anything, let alone what the text on them says. This goes for both the browser version in Safari as well as Chrome AND the iOS app as well.
- Why exactly can't I change the post type from, say "post" or "carousel" to "reel" after I've created a post and saved it as a draft? That's another absolutely fabricated limitation that could be done away with, and I fail to see why it's like that at all. I should be able to change a post's type at any point between creating it and actually publishing it, instead of having to create a new post altogether.
All in all this service could do a lot of improving when it comes to software development, how it's coded, what's included in the different pricing plan tiers and platform integration. If Meta will not allow certain features through 3rd party apps such as this, then what is even their point? I'm not going to "template post" something through Planable to 5-7 different platforms just to then have to go on each platform individually and make changes to each one to get it where I actually need it to be. I'd rather just do that from the start, in that case, and waste less time.
A super useful tool for a consultant like me to organise client posts and gets easy approvals.

Failed to publish scheduled content to our business, whilst I’m on holiday. Had an email saying “due to error” but no explanation why. So opened the post on my phone to reschedule for a couple of hours. Same again.
Absolute useless

Seamless Desktop Experience
I believe mobile has some bugs since each time I use the app to publish story (I prefer to publish stories manually), I have to start over to get to the post to copy/paste any notes or content for stickers.
And would like there to be an option (desktop) to add a thumbnail for TikTok video's.. Really this helps the client for approval.
Overall, out of all the experiences so far this is my favorite. It has not yet been a full month and I am still exploring all of the capabilities.

Really effective in scheduling my social media post!

Poor support, every feature is now "paid separately"
When we started using this software, everything worked fine. All the new features were included, no stupid restrictions and everything worked.
Unfortunately now this is no better then just uploading manually. Id advice anyone looking into plannable to look at another software.

Easy to set up, easy to use, great collaboration features. Approval process is very handy - takes out the back and forth on email trails and makes for clear communication.

Planable is super easy to use and makes scheduling Instagram posts and reels stress-free. The interface is clean, intuitive, and it saves me so much time planning content. Highly recommend for anyone managing social media!

A great app, however it doesn't have all social media. So if you add the rest of them, that would be the greatest app ever.

So far, so good! I am really enjoying using the platform and it's definitely saving me time + brain space which is a godsend! Thank you, Planable!

I have only used Meta Business Suite for scheduling and it has not offered all the features that I need. I love that planable allows me to upload media and the plug and drop the media. I also LOVE being able to drag the posts to a different day if I need to change the date. The team approval process is exactly what I was looking for and its easy to use for all of my coworkers which is a huge perk. The 1 con is not being able to add music to the photo posts or carousel posts. Other than that this is a great program that serves the exact purpose of what I need and non of the extra stuff that I don't need.

Planable has been a game-changer for our social media workflow.
The collaborative features make planning and approving posts so much smoother — no more messy email chains or lost files. I love being able to see exactly how posts will look on each platform before they go live, which makes it so much easier to align with our brand voice and visuals.
Scheduling content is straightforward, the calendar view keeps our team organized, and real-time collaboration means we can gather feedback quickly. It’s saved us countless hours and improved how we work together on campaigns.
If you’re managing multiple accounts or working with a team, Planable is absolutely worth it.

I'm an artist and I don't want to spend hours setting up posts when I could be painting.
I just started here, and I wanted a way to put several social platforms in the same place to lower the amount of time I was spending posting content.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to connect my accounts, and the test post I created posted IMMEDIATELY!
I tried out the AI writer on my test post, and it was really relevant and even chose great longtail hashtags.
