BEWARE…. Update to my previous review. This company will try to scam you out of your money. I stand by my previous review in that Alex is great at designing your site. But along the way they will continue to ask you for money and jeopardize your site. BEWARE!!!

I have to be quite honest, I was a lilttle hesitant at first when calling this company due to the amount of internet driven offers & competition that exist in this market place.

I was quickly pleased to find out that this is no fly by night unfaithful company. They truly stand by their honest pricing and very friendly with knowledgeable 1st class mannered customer service.

They was very prompt and transparent which is a priceless notoriety in any market place. I spoke with a gentelman named Alex.

They were also very patient with my revision process as I tweaked things several times.

In the end,
It was a great experience on all ends of honest business and expectations met for my business branding/logo/marketing needs.

I recommend this company and hope this review confidently helps the next in line.

My logo is so beautiful and Joshua Allen helped me through the whole seamless process and ‘y logo is just perfect. I recommend you hire him asap if you want the best marketing materials.

They have done an amazing job with my marketing project. Great website, graphics for tradeshow booth, and an amazing job with social media posts. Aaron Walter has been extremely helpful and responsive. Great to work with and has been a huge help promoting our business.

I would like to share my experience of working with Alex Wilson, Senior Project Manager at Visual Design. Alex stepped in at a time that I really needed some serious help in finishing my website. I was stumped on how to get this done and Alex was patient and listened to what I had envisioned, offering a wealth of ideas of how it could look. He helped me finish and get my site live and I couldn't be more pleased.

Alex was respectful, patient, detail-oriented and dependable. I knew that he would get the changes done in a timely manner...and all with a light spirit and bit of humor! The best part is that I know I can depend on him to make any changes after the site is live. He is there to help!

I would recommend using Visual Design and their crew as a part of your social media and marketing team.

I had a niggling doubt about this company, but checked the reviews and saw almost all good ones and went ahead with my order. I then got nervous and requested a refund. We had emails back and forth throughout the day and came to a solution. My money was 100% refunded, giving me great relief, and they are still willing to work with me to build a website. I am so relieved and can honestly say any reservations I had have been removed.

I had such a great experience with working the Company, Visual Design. Brian F was very helpful and concise with creating the website. Brian and his team were efficient, professional, and detailed orientated. I will defiantly use the company for future projects.

I had a very bumpy start but after Brian Finch took over my project, things took a positive upturn. He was very responsive, quick to make revisions resulting in a good end result in a timely manner. Thank you Brian!!

I have been working with Brian Finch and all of the team . What a wonderful job they have done! They were so patient with me during my Logo design, which I am grateful for, as I am starting my concept from ground up.It was stressful enough with all the other tasks I was involved with when getting a new business up and going . I communicated with Brian personally and he was so personal and so great at explaining everything very well. Being new at this experience was a little scary, but he made the experience a great and easy one. I even decided to go on and have him design my website… I have seen his work, and was trilled with it, everything looked amazing, so I can’t wait to see what he can do for my product. Thank you Brian! I would definitely use him and the company again! 😃

I am giving a 3 star to the company ONLY for JAKE WATSON'S service -after he cleaned up the mess, lateness/unresponsiveness of Jack Hudson. Jack Hudson excels with a complete lack of professionalism. Nice guy to talk to at the beginning but turns his back on you - does not respond to your emails and phone calls for weeks. Doesn't even read your emails properly then comes back with revisions full of mistakes...It was so frustrating dealing with him.
If you want to use this company, make sure you are dealing with JAKE WATSON. Thank you Jake for your prompt attention to my request and for sending the files as needed. Everyone who worked with Jake Watson had nothing but good things to say about him and had a great experience with the company.

Woeful at best. Jack Hudson is the lead designer on my project (2 simple logos). We are now 2 1/2 weeks into the design and I'm lucky to get revisions/replies every 2-3 days. These are not complicated logos. The complete lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Next step is to cancel the charges on AMEX and move on to a different company. All could be resolved with daily communication......which is a dying attribute in today's business world.

Happy with the overall service and happy with my design. Luckily I did not need to make a lot of changes so we were able to quickly wrap up the project. Would be using them again in future or happy to recommend them.

I highly recommend Visual Design, they did a phenomenal job with creating my site from scratch. the original site i had created myself thru Wix was ok but nothing to compare to the new one that Visual Design did for me. They took my concept ideas and brought my site to life. Brian Finch made valid suggestions as well as listening. I added more features as we moved forward and they truly work really hard to make it flawless. Communication was amazing sometimes few hrs in one day to make sure we were on the same page and that my combo of services.physical products, digital products, membership areas was done to my liking. If you are clear on what you want, they will make it happen for you. Thank you so much for all you have done for me. Muriel

When allowing Visual Design Inc to be the ones to do a logo for my company, I expected professional work with paying great detail to attention to my expectations. They failed to mention that if you dont like the initial crappy concepts they give you, you’re automatically denied a refund because of that. I explained that I needed a 3D logo something that pops out at you and looks real life; however, what they gave me is a bunch of clip art images. This is a BS company and they dont care about what your expectations are or what you’re looking for, they do what they want because they already got your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
