Original order was lost, had to do a complete reorder online as customer service were not allowed to process a new order. Order placed with plenty of notice.
I don’t often leave reviews, but I really wanted to sing the praises of Callie from the Cardiff St. David’s store who was so helpful to my sister and I during our bra fittings. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and felt great about our choices. She was so kind and chatty with expert knowledge, and we left with some perfectly fitting bras which we both love. Great customer service deserves to be recognised - so thank you Callie!
Firstly the strapless bra offered no support, it was a terrible product. Then when I returned it in December 2025, now as I write this review I am still waiting & having to actively chase the refund.

I would give all the lingerie that I’ve purchased for my girlfriend 5 stars but when they offer you 15% on any item coz I’ve been with them a year and the code doesn’t work I would give them minus 5 stars for misrepresentation of giving me a 15% code when it doesn’t work and I’m stuck on there website trying to sort my order out and you can’t get in touch with anyone coz they don’t have a proper email address to get the problem sorted

From browsing the website, reading descriptions, checking the size guide to placing in the basket and right through to purchasing - all was extremely easy. Quick delivery. Well packaged. Quality products, perfect fit and all sizes and products were exactly as ordered. Very happy with all purchases and will definitely order again from Boux Avenue.
Didn’t send my order. Held my money for 2 weeks and then told me it’s due to account history but I haven’t done anything. They wouldn’t even explain it to me. I had to chase them several times to even get my refund. Diabolical

Pretty bralette. Nice fit. I hate bras, and this one from Boux is padded , has a bit of lace. Perfect. Nicely packaged, and arrived really quickly. My first buy from this company. I have returned.
After receiving my order and them sending me the complete wrong product and size. I spoke with customer service who just provided me a QR code to send it back and told me it would be investigated. The original product I wanted is now out of stock and I can no longer get this. All in all I feel the customer service has been completely unhelpful in regard to my situation.

Waited ages long time for my delivery and when it finally came it was completely wrong and must have been someone else's order. I phoned to ask what to do about it and as lovely as the customer services person was, their process for this was shocking. They had to manually send me a return label, I had to take it to the post office then call them back to say I'd posted it in order to get a refund. They couldn't re-order it for me and couldn't give me a discount code so I got the same 15% discount when I reordered it myself. They offered me points but they didn't cover the discount I had on the original order. So much effort and expense expected of me as a customer when everything was entirely their fault. Just not good enough! It's completely put me off ever ordering from them again.

Awful company avoid at all costs… I’ve bought from boux lots of times in store and always been great online unfortunately terrible never again. Things we’re missing out of my parcel to be told by live chat and a phone call to customer service manager thought there’s nothing there going to do about it. So a dressing gown cost me £70. Horrible horrible customer service never again will I buy from them.

Everything was easy to find. Great deals on which helped me choose my purchase. Fast delivery (within 2 days).
I am a member. I entered my address when purchasing but the package was returned by Royal Mail because there was no delivery address on the package. This was not my fault. It was sent back to the warehouse & I am awaiting my refund. I was informed that this will take time & I would have to reorder the items again online but the items are no longer in stock. I was disappointed because I was so looking forward to receiving the 2 pairs of pyjamas.

I am still trying to resolve my issue with this company since January!! Again they respond to my poor review stating they want information from me and they have sent me a form …. No such form!!! I am so frustrated with this company. I have also been dealing on instagram along with WhatsApp chat and still no one will refund me for goods I purchased that were cancelled.
The customer service at this company is shocking!!!! Avoid!!!
