Worst of the worst. They did charge me additional fees that I did not ever and ever authorized,as I indicated multiple times in my emails strictly that “I Do Not Authorize Any Additional Charges!!!”they still charged my card because of the refusal of the shipment-which was not my fault but the receiving company’s. Its unlawful. Dont ever use their service.
Extra charge for wrong weight
Package about 27kg, they write us 3 weeks later that the package was 50kg and put an extra charge of 30€, they took it automatically from the bank account.
Never buying again from them, and will not do it if I were you.

Send a parcel and it was like 1.7kg and they took under €5 I am okwith the prices and service too cuz it went quick.
Worst delivery experience ever
Terrible service from start to finish. I couldn’t choose any pickup or delivery time, and FedEx ignored every instruction I submitted. They attempted delivery multiple times without notifying me, and the shipment was almost sent back.
When the boxes finally arrived, no one mentioned any extra charges; the adjustment email came a day later, when it was impossible to verify anything and they directly charged my bank account. The adjustment was made in principle for the difference between real and volumetric weight. Packlink never explained the volumetric weight rules, the photo requirements, or that they could charge my bank account without confirmation.
A completely stressful, poorly managed experience. Never using Packlink—or FedEx—again.

If you ship with them, pray that everything goes well. On the other hand, if by chance a package is damaged or lost, be prepared to receive the most absurd requests: photos, the year of manufacture of the item you shipped, along with technical specifications and purchase invoices dated no later than 60 days. In my case, after providing ALL the requested documentation, including a police report, they still refused to refund the insured amount. I asked for an explanation, and they haven't responded to my ticket for several days. Since the documentation was complete, I suspect they'll keep the refund they receive from BRT. Shameful to say the least.

Very disappointing experience – will not use Packlink again
We used Packlink to ship 17 boxes during our relocation to Spain, based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish.
First of all, we had to print all the labels ourselves – not ideal when you’re in the middle of a move and don’t have access to a printer. A simple QR code option could have solved that easily.
Then we noticed that the telephone numbers were wrong on the labels. We contacted support, who assured us that everything was fine – but fun fact: it wasn’t.
When the boxes finally arrived in Spain, we waited over a week. The shipping company apparently tried to deliver, but they couldn’t reach us because (surprise!) they had the wrong phone number. We weren’t home 24/7, so delivery failed multiple times.
It turns out the shipping company had been trying to get the correct phone number from Packlink for a week – just like we had been trying to update it on our side. Luckily, we eventually managed to contact the delivery company directly and finally received our boxes.
Even the shipping company advised us not to use Packlink, saying that when problems come up, Packlink is impossible to reach, doesn’t actually help and steps away from any issue.
I completely agree. I’ll follow their advice and will not use Packlink again.

I paid a expensive price from Spain to Netherlands because I needed the package in two days and they just pick up the package in Spain four days later!! I couldn´t contact with them, no phone, no response.
It´s not true that they are cheaper, don´t use this, there are reliable options for the same price.

Sent a package that weighed less than 19kg, after two months I receive a notice about a surcharge as apparently my package weighed 20,9kg. I tried to open a dispute about it, but the automatic customer service (yes, they copy and paste email, don’t expect a personalized service) told me that unless I sent the a proof of the weight (a picture of the package on a scale that shows clearly the weight… who does that??) there wouldn’t have been anything they could do. Avoid Packlink.

there's no way to contact anyone, only ai chatbots. I tried to reschedule my pickup because they sent me the wrong shipping label, so when someone came to pick it up he said it was not possible.
After trying to reschedule the pickup twice I never received a confirmation email. So, I tried to cancel the order and it said it couldnt be canceled because it had already been picked up

I used Packlink to send a small parcel via UPS. It was a box with a few books, which weighed around 2.6kg so I declared it as 3kg. The parcel measured 31x20x12 cm.
Weeks later, I received an email stating the actual weight was 24kg and was automatically charged €62.41. That weight is completely unrealistic for the contents and size of the box.
I contacted Packlink immediately, explained the situation clearly, and even offered to return to the UPS drop-off location to verify the type of package I used. They requested a photo of the parcel on a weighing scales, but obviously since it had been delivered weeks previously, I no longer had the parcel to do this.
Packlink has refused to properly investigate, instead insisting that the courier’s measurement is final, despite the obvious and absurd nature of the error.
I understand small discrepancies can occur, but a 21kg difference is not a minor mistake. It’s alarming that a company can charge this much without real accountability or recourse for the customer.
I won’t use Packlink again, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

Usé Packlink para enviar un paquete pequeño a través de UPS. Era una caja con algunos libros, que pesaba aproximadamente 2,6 kg, así que lo declaré como 3 kg. El paquete medía 31x20x12 cm.
Semanas después, recibí un correo electrónico indicando que el peso real era de 24 kg y se me cobró automáticamente 62,41 €. Ese peso es completamente irreal para el contenido y el tamaño de la caja.
Contacté con Packlink de inmediato, expliqué la situación con claridad e incluso me ofrecí a volver al punto de entrega de UPS para verificar el tipo de paquete que utilicé. Me pidieron una foto del paquete en una báscula, pero obviamente, como ya había sido entregado semanas antes, ya no tenía el paquete para hacerla.
Packlink se ha negado a investigar adecuadamente, insistiendo en que la medición del transportista es definitiva, a pesar de lo absurdo y evidente del error.
Entiendo que pueden darse pequeñas discrepancias, pero una diferencia de 21 kg no es un simple error. Es preocupante que una empresa pueda cobrar esta cantidad sin ofrecer una vía real de reclamación ni asumir responsabilidades.
No volveré a utilizar Packlink y aconsejo a otros que tengan mucho cuidado.

Scammers! I sent 1 package very small size I put as declared size dimensions higher them real size and I declared also weight higher them real one. So I paid the correct price for item I ship it. Then after, they lied and say my very small package have 5.1 kgs instead of 962 grams, and they charged me in my card an charge of overweight. That's LIE! That's a very lie, that's a scam, I can easily prove the packing have less them 1kgs and they charge me as 5.1 kgs???? Scammers, cheaters, fraudulent company! Do no use them! I read other user reviews and seems they do this many times, I'm not the first, and for sure not the last, so don't use this scam company, inventing lies to charge you more! I want to clarify I'm a professional worldwide seller I ship orders for more them 20 years to everywhere, but only have this problem with this scammers!!!
