As an older person travelling on own, very helpful to be able to send suitcase ahead. Lots of instructions, selection of pick-up and delivery times and kept well informed throughout whol process.Only down side, extending handle was well taped down when picked up, but sadly tape removed and handle broken when case arrived. Would use this suitcase for any future contracts
