Avoid this store at all costs

It’s been just under two weeks and they have not dispatched my order. I purchased from this store as a gift for Valentine’s Day, now it won’t arrive in time, I even paid for next day delivery. Enquired as to where my order was and they ignored me. If you want to receive what you purchase then avoid this store.

Terrible

I would rate the overall purchase experience as terrible if I’m honest.

The parcel took over a week to actually be dispatched, then over three weeks to arrive. When I contacted customer service about how frustrated I was , they just said it won’t be long now. After four long weeks of waiting for my jumper , my parcel finally arrived. I was slightly disappointed by the quality of the sweatshirt ,given the preminum price you charge for them. I was further disappointed to find there was no returns, as after this ordeal I would have returned it, and even if I did need to exchange it, I would be waiting another further four weeks to do so.

Absolutely appalling

I have only used inpost on 3 occasions. Two collection and one drop off. On all 3 occasions my parcels were delayed almost 3 weeks because they are so understaffed . They do not even notify you of the delay and they do not answer there customer services. Don’t use.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars I could, ordered an item and Iv waited a week and had no dispatch email at all,I payed £6 delivery!!! Compared to other establishments such as Selfridges who charge similar prices ,the items get delivered within two days. I will never be trying this establishment again. and then when I emailed customer services ,they fobbed me off and was very rude and dismissive.

Disqusting for a high end brand

Disqusting for a high end brand. I bought perfume from Dior direct as they used to wrap your item up so nicely with ribbon etc. This time I ordered some perfume for my mums Christmas present and there was no ribbon as previous and what is seen on their website ,contacted them had to wait weeks for a response and they didn't even answer my query properly just talked a load of crap and then said there packaging was substantial enough. I will not be ordering from them AGAIN and will go elsewhere where I can get my student discount on this item
