Another company who relies not to provide useful service but on user to forget about subscription. Pathetic, about 10 steps and hidden buttons to cancel, no notification about charge. Charging even if you didn't use service on previous month... This should be considered fraud

Sold my phone, now can't access my account. All recovery attempts ends with "For your security, approve the notification sent to:
ApplicationAmazonShopping, iPhone" to contact support you need an account, to access forum - same. stupid situation

It looks like whole purpose of the shop is to make their customers to suffer:
They put automatic gates where you need scan your check to leave , if you change your mind or forget your wallet you need to ask to let you out (wtf!)

They put automatic gates on parking lot where you need to pay on the way out (if you don’t know about there system - your problem , your car is trapped and your need to pay to get out !!! (Is it even legal?

They also have a promo where you offered free item (scam) you happily think that getting smth for free, but no cashier/automatic machine just charge regular price and to get your offer you need to find employee and wait until they fix!!!

I bought secondhand laser printer and spend 65(!) eur on new cartridge. Once I inserted it it start blinking error and their mobile app says that I have problem with my account. Ofc in my account lot of ads and nothing abount this error. Support without humans, only useless robot that that have few options about whats wrong. Waisted time money, worst expiriance!!! How complicated should be a printer. nothing good from all this apps!

Worst bank ever. Issues, problems, excuses and extremely poor service. I decided to open card in this bank because branch was close to my home. Despite the fact that cards are available for free purchase in nearby grocery store I get to branch to do this "right". Manager start asking for different documents, like last tax documents, job contract and so on... that day I left without contract and same day evening ordered card online and in few days pick my card in that same branch without all this requested documents (in the end of this story you will see that main goal for each and every employee of this bank to cause customers as much suffering as they can). So, I get the card, my main intention was to use this card for cash out my income and some savings. So I tried to do that and of course card was declined in ATM. As they put limit that cannot be changed (about 250 USD), I asked manager if there way to upgrade limit, they start to become angry and told me that its well known rule that 10k UAH it maximum... Next, only branch in town , the branch for what I start with this bank at the first place was closed for reconstruction... Now I trying my best to close my card and forget this "bank" but here comes raif, to close card you need to empty your balance to 00.00 so you cant do it in store or atm, for some unknown reason you cant sent funds to another bank card, why ? they cant explain but you cant. So you need to go to another city to get your less then one dollar balance in person or you can send it by wire. Ofc I agreed to sent this funds to charity. Guess what, its not over, after about three weeks I logged in to my online banked to check if it's done and over, but now, this damn card still active, I wrote to manager again and was forced to repeat all my request from the beginning because they didn’t have access to my previous chats. Waiting again. If you think to use this bank, think again.

Это просто мошенники, пользуясь большой базой клиентов они внаглую списывают деньги с вашего счета под абсолютно нелепыми предлогами. Вы не можете оплатить конкретную услугу, а как только вы пополняете счет, они могут забрать эти деньги а дальше вы можете тратить дни на решение вопроса через тех поддержку которая практически открытым текстом шлет вас куда подальше.
