Delivery is very rapid.

The range of wines on offer was extensive and they had exactly the wine I was looking for. My order was dealt with promptly and the instructions about paying UK duties was clear and accurate. Vinello are great people to do business with.

Once despatched, the order took about 3 weeks to arrive due to the general slowness of UK customs, but this isn't the fault of Vinello.

Advice given was helpful accurate and reassuring. They were much more helpful than the other companies I approached for the same service, who seemed only to be interested in charging me to ahve seone come and lok at the outside of my house from the other side of the street. They gave me sound and impartial advice about whether the purchase of a care fees annuity was right for my mother's circumstances and explained this clearly and straighforwardly which was a great help to me. They also talked through the various options available and explained the process and how it works in a way which was also very helpful and helped me to "see the wood for the trees" when decidingabout placing my mother in residential care. They obtained a number of quotes for me andtalked me through the pros and cons of each offer in a way that made it easier for me to make a deicison and again talked me thorugh the various options. They listened while I explained my thinking and my concerns and were able to respond to these in a friendly and accessible way, advising me n what further information that i needed to gather from the care home in order to make an informed decision. Having identified a suitable option, they were able to negotiate a substantial discount on the quoted premium. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and they made a difficult and strange process very much easier for me, and I am extremely happy with the service they provided.

Another great product from Coopers! I bought the extra large garden parasol, which I couldn't find anywhere else. It was an excellent price and good value for money. It was delivered within 48 hours, was easy to erect and operate,and has been a real boon in the recent heatwave. I recommend this product - and Coopers - to everyone.
