Expensive but great.
The company you use for shipping your excellent, but expensive product was (GLS), and is giving you a bad service
I'm aware that wouldn't be fair from me to give you a bad review because of them.... But you should tell them not to give an ridiculous excuse, like "the collect point wasn't available at seven pm". It was a Gas station that close at eleven pm.
