Whatever you do, do not give them your contact details. I have never received so many sales calls in my life - all from different numbers so impossible to block. I've told them I'm not interested and I've asked multiple times not to be called, and yet they keep calling.

Overall disappointing experience

Initial consultation was very helpful. After that point, communication was poor with a deal being accepted on our behalf without discussion, slow or no reply to emails and poor attention to detail. We've had errors on term length (since corrected), and amount we'd like to borrow leading to a significant surplus (not yet resolved). We did end up with mortgage deal through them, but I'm sure there are plenty of brokers out there who could give you a better, more straightforward experience.

Unreliable

I ordered a BBQ online on Friday 30th May, with a 4-6 day delivery estimate. I didn't receive any confirmation emails, so I had to reach out to customer service. In fairness, they were fairly swift in their response to my query. I didn't hear anymore, so enquired again on Monday 2nd June to check I would receive delivery updates, considering the initial email didnt work. Customer service confirmed that I would receive an automated email about delivery in the next 3 days. Today, Tuesday 3rd June, I received an email informing me that the item isn't actually in stock, and to expect a refund. There are plenty of places to buy BBQs that I'm sure are more reliable and user friendly than Charlesbentley.com, so better to save the hassle and go there.

Great idea, poor customer service

Really like the idea for the product and thought it was the perfect gift for a friend.

Unfortunately, they didn't get my order quite right. These things happen, so I contacted customer service to resolve. This is where it all really fell down. There was a lot of back and forth, slow replies, I was sent on two pointless trips to the post office after they sent me 2 incorrect postage labels and unfortunately, it never got resolved. A real shame, because I honestly would have given them the benefit of the doubt on this one error, and used them again and again for gift giving.

Glad we did our wedding photobook with Milk!

We made a beautiful wedding photo book with Milk. The design tool was easy to use, the selection of sizes/covers of the books themselves were excellent. I was worried the shipping would be the pain point, as it came from so far away, but it was actually great. Great experience all round. Order #255887.

These guys are awesome. Our fences look brilliant! The team did a great job from taking our initial enquiry & giving us our initial quote to making sure the job was completed to the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Poor Quality & Long Wait

Ordered a shoe cupboard is November and it finally arrived today, but I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for a quality item. While I didn't mind the wait, the communication about when we would actually receive the delivery wasn't great.

Much to my disappointment the item I've received is scuffed in multiple places and is missing a part. Made .com can't replace it because they no longer stock it, can't provide the missing part and offered a refund of....£25. It cost us £229 and it's broken!

Not the quality of product I expected at all for money.
May as well as saved ourselves the wait and the expense and just gone elsewhere.

Update: They did eventually increase the refund after a very long to and fro. Would have been much easier if they just made a fair offer to begin with. Still not happy with what was refunded in the end, but wasnt getting anywhere and couldn't get through to a manager. I won't bother taking my chances with Made again, and wouldn't recommend that you do either.

I'm so disappointed

I'm so disappointed. We ordered our new bed on 2/11, and it arrived today. When we opened the box, we found there had been a mix up and we'd been sent the wrong colour. Initially, I wasn't concerned as I was sure this mistake would be rectified swiftly and professionally. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. The advisor I spoke with refused to even apologise for the mistake (they eventually conceded they 'were sorry I felt this way' after I asked multiple times if they were going to even apologise), and informed me that even though they delivered today, they can not collect the incorrect bed or organise a replacement until after lockdown. I appreciate times are difficult and lockdowns aren't easy to navigate, but I can't believe that I have to store three huge boxes in my small home indefinitely, and that they can't be collected from my doorstep as they were delivered. To add insult to injury, as we were packing the boxes back up we noticed muddy boot prints on the boxes, as if someone had walked over them. Not the level of professionalism and customer service I had hoped for at all.

Received the incorrect order TWICE

Ordered a hoody size large as a birthday gift, received a small. I spoke with customer service and they sent out a replacement straight away. These things happen and I was really pleased with how promptly the situation was resolved. The replacement arrived today, and I cant quite believe it...it was another small. This time customer service let me know that because of 'politics', they will not he able to send another 'replacement' I am not asking for a replacement, I am asking to receive my original order of 1 large hoody. I have no use for 2 small hoodies. If I did, I would have ordered them. I was assured that this doesn't happen often - hard to believe when it's happened to me twice within 10 days.
