I'm so disappointed
I'm so disappointed. We ordered our new bed on 2/11, and it arrived today. When we opened the box, we found there had been a mix up and we'd been sent the wrong colour. Initially, I wasn't concerned as I was sure this mistake would be rectified swiftly and professionally. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. The advisor I spoke with refused to even apologise for the mistake (they eventually conceded they 'were sorry I felt this way' after I asked multiple times if they were going to even apologise), and informed me that even though they delivered today, they can not collect the incorrect bed or organise a replacement until after lockdown. I appreciate times are difficult and lockdowns aren't easy to navigate, but I can't believe that I have to store three huge boxes in my small home indefinitely, and that they can't be collected from my doorstep as they were delivered. To add insult to injury, as we were packing the boxes back up we noticed muddy boot prints on the boxes, as if someone had walked over them. Not the level of professionalism and customer service I had hoped for at all.
