Order made on the 12th of January with the number 89331511, paid extra for a "premium delivery" it's been in transit since the 15th of January try to contact multiple times no answer or response so far. Tried to solve the problem with Sklum, no luck so far either

Good afternoon, I made a purchase of a sofa on Sklum as I'm hosting an event. 2-3 days delivery they said.
Now its been almost 2 weeks and not a word besides "Agediss".
The tracking number (89336049) always shows a error upon use.
Costumer service non existent.
Now the website been disconnected.
After reading the reviews I got concern over my deliver specially due to the event I'm supposed to host.
Please give me some clarity on the matter as im not going to go back and forth with you/them.

Great service. The two gentlemen who delivered our product, were very respectful and careful. Very organized and cleaned up after. I would recommend them and use their service again.

I would give -1 after being given a date for delivery before Christmas for a kitchen work service. It did not arrive.
No apology just another date. I have waited all day, a few updates on the delivery time and again, no delivery, no apology and I have no kitchen work top.
I am appalled. There is a green tick on the Leroy Merlin site which I presume means they have been told it has been delivered?!!

As many other people here said: If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have done it. I bought a tv during Black Friday from Carrefour, and since it wasn't available for pickup I had to opt for delivery. Scheduled the delivery 6 days after the purchase. On the day of delivery I got a message that "le colis a pris le mauvais chemin" and that they will contact me. Seeing the comments here, I didn't wait for them to contact me, I called them. I scheduled another delivery three days later. This time it looked ok, I got a message with the tracking link, but they didn't show up. There was no information, they just didn't show up. Then, they messed up my file, so I couldn't reschedule, even with the customer support. I called them, at least once everyday, nobody could or wanted to do anything. Finally, I cancelled my order and even that is taking a lot of time to process. Soon it will be 3 weeks since I paid 700euros and I don't have the TV and I don't have the money. Carrefour has been understanding but they also don't do anything. They chose to work with these incompetent company and they let me lose my nerves instead of handling it by themselves. All in all, a terrible experience! If you can avoid them, do it! Unprofessional and disrespectful!

Terrible service. The tracking link doesn't work, cannot book delivery. The phone number they send takes 10 minutes to answer only to say to call another number, and the other number refuses to help, say go to online chat or email. Thos has been going on for 3 das now. Never ever order from them.

Despite normal courier problems, Agediss - JP Home is responsive to complaints. Needs to improve: chatbot disappears from the page / regional centers don’t have a contact number, miscommunications regarding home assembly between the seller and the courier, etc.

Could you please tell me where my order is? tracking number is 89292108. this tracking number never works , only the seller SKLUM can see very limited info. Now this order has delayed for over a week.

UPDATE: Thank you AGEDISS for replying. I understand my order is located at the national agency in France now .Then this is indeed a BIG delay, it means it has been stuck in France for 15 days. Also it is conflict with what you colleague told me on 6th Nov "Your order has left AGEDISS France Network and has been sent to our AGEDISS Netherland plateform".

I ordered furniture from Sklum and the package has been at Depo National since October 30th (11 days now). I sent a question regarding the estimated delivery, but there has been no response from Agediss for 4 days now.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The worst experience ever. No tracking, just a text message full of spelling mistakes to schedule a delivery. Delivery was scheduled for 7/11 but NO ONE showed up. Zero communication from them. I tried calling the service desk and after 30 mins I finally got in. They told me they returned my order to Herman Miller for no obvious reason. Total garbage service. No solution, nothing.
Update 10 November: I have escalated my case towards Herman Miller and they tried to reach Agediss directly and received no response. This is totally unprofessional. JP Home / Agediss please respond to previous email conversations and calls around my case.
Update 12 November: I was promised a new delivery date of today. Again NOTHING was delivered.

Cannot get in contact with the company to save my life. They claim they're sending sms messages to organise delivery, but I'm not receiving them. They have not responded to any of my emails asking to organise delivery via email, and they have been unresponsive with the company that shipped the parcel. Does anyone even work at this company????

Hi there again. More than a month has passed, but what is a mere month when something has been overdue for so long already. In the meantime we were informed that our package was passed on to another delivery company that has even more limited contact options that Agediss, not even an updated tracking number was shared with us by either of these companies, hence no news whatsoever about the location of the package and any potential date of delivery. I mean what is more to say.

JP/Agediss handled the delivery for my Kipli order, and it was a nightmare from start to finish.
The first delivery never showed up — no call, no update, nothing. After waiting for weeks, I was told they wouldn’t bring the bed up to my apartment or assemble it, even though I had paid for full delivery and setup. Communication was practically nonexistent, and every attempt to get help led to delays and confusion.
Their lack of professionalism and accountability caused major inconvenience during my move. For a company that’s supposed to represent a premium brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Verdict: Avoid JP/Agediss if you value your time, your sanity, or basic reliability. They shouldn’t be trusted with high-value deliveries.

Agediss Belgium scheduled the delivery for the same order three times — and never showed up. They never informed us they wouldn’t come, never called back to explain, and replied to emails using the wrong order in order to avoid the proble. Their contact center in Belgium is completely unresponsive.
I lost three days of work waiting for them. The whole experience has been an absolute disaster. On top of that, their attitude shows no respect for other people’s time.
Zero-quality service — I deeply regret buying both the furniture and the delivery service. And still I don't know how to get back my money and where is my order...

Update: the delivery arrived this morning and the two delivery men were so nice. It's the first time since areleiving in Belgium that something was delivered to my apartment instead of left downstairs. Delivery was a very pleasant experience, thank you.
They emailed to arrange a delivery date, they didnt deliver. They emailed again to arrange another delivery date. They didnt deliver. When I called to ask why, I was told the truck was out of service. Maybe they only have one truck - ok. The agent said they would contact me to rearrange. They did not. A week later I called to see what the situation was to be told that they didnt have my order, there was nothing they could do and the agent hung up on me.
