The worst customer service ever
The customer service I received from AD is absolutely appalling . In fact I dont think I will ever use them again. Bought a pole in May 25 to go away on a 4 day fishing trip when it arrived it was damaged so couldn't take it away with me. Wasn't happy but accidents happen with mail order. When I received the pole on the 5th time of using it the 3rd section snapped so contact AD who said they would sort it 😁 But after 7 months of emailing & phone calls and not being able to use my pole which i paid £2000 for, And also being told countless stories and excuses they finally sent my section out but then on the 4th time using this new section exactly same thing happened again 🙈 contacted AD again they agree to sort it again this time I waited a month before contacting them to be told by customer service that its with the warranty department a d the manager is on the sick and I will have to wait for him to get better and come back to work for any updates surly this can't be true. So I wonder how long this will take 🤔 So a little bit of advise fellow anglers do yourself a favor d stay awesome Angling direct.
