Online customer Service not acceptable
I ordered 3 new reels , totalling £700 however after waiting for my order to process they informed me they now have delays in delivering. I also paid for a 48 hour delivery which they are now saying they cannot fulfill. I tried calling AD 3x after being in queue for 20 mins each time the call drops with a message no agents available. Dreadful customer service and very poor customer information when ordering.
After failing to reach them yesterday I have finally got through but again the call queuing is not informative or setup to inform customers of delays due high volumes of calls and orders. To me this is the key difference on being a good online retailer. They have areas that are in need of improvement to ensure customer frustration is minimised and this can be simple things, for example using IVR messages and not dropping calls after 20 mins with no way forward.
In the end I was able to resolve this and changed my order to collect in store. Which if their web site had been proactive I would have done at the start.
On a positive note the local stores are excellent and I have found them to be a real positive.
1 star for online and 5 star for the stores hence 3 stars
