Top Notch service throughout.
This is the second time we have used this wonderful company. Dannie was excellent and the communication was regular from first appointment right the way through to the service itself. She produced a beautiful order of service which we will treasure. She carefully listened and made every effort to meet and exceed our needs and was friendly, professional and empathetic throughout. We have to give a lot of praise to the wonderful job the embalmer did with the preparation of our Mothers body. This cannot be underestimated. She looked perfect. Difficult it must be to make someone look exactly like they should look because I have heard of horror stories where there is no resemblance after being embalmed, but our Mother looked wonderful and this was indeed a great comfort to those of us who went to view her in the chapel of rest. It's very clear great care was made to achieve this and we are very grateful. The other group of people we would like to thank are the attendees with the hearse. The men were extremely courteous and kind. Smart and respectful, very empathetic. Adams arranged the most wonderful Celebrant David. He really was the most wonderful man sensitive as you would expect but was able to deliver a wonderful service with the most comforting words which were praised by all those who attended the funeral. So all in all we would only give praise for this company. What is a distressing occasion was delivered with such precision and care that it was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders and we cannot thank them all enough.
