AVOID: no respect of delivery schedule,order not yet shipped and no answer from customer service
I ordered 2 products on 15 January to be gifted on 24 January. The website quoted an estimated delivery date between 17 and 21 January. They nearly immediately issued an email saying the order has been shipped but when I looked deeper in the DHL order tracking and Bo&Birdie's website it appears the products are still in production and have not been shipped. I sent an email to the customer service and received no response back. I tried to call their number but nobody picks up.
