I almost got caught SCAMMERS

Falinas refused to accept my poor review and insist that I provide evidence to support this, so here it is

Feb 2021 Ordered and Falinas cancelled because out of stock
Feb 2021 Reordered different items and again Falinas cancelled saying out of stock
Mar 2021 Refund requested and activated, and they confirmed it was sent to bank - they lied they put it into credits
Mar 2021 Tried to order with credits - they said these were not available
Apr 2021 They offered 35% refund in 'good faith' but still held onto my money
May 2021 They told me to take out dispute with my bank even though they hadn't sent money - more lies and delaying tactics
May 2021 They refused to give me refund, or honour credits, and kept lying about refund
Dec 2023 Refund finally received in bank 2 years 6 months later!
Nov 2025 They wrote to me again (2 years later) begging/harassing me to remove poor Trustpilot review (16 ongoing emails so far)
Nov 2025 I notified them that they MUST remove my data under Article 17 of GDPR rules of which they are in breach
Nov 2025 Falinas also in breach of Trustpilot rules so reported them to TP

I have evidence of EVERY email from 2021 - be warned once in you can never get out of Falinas

The item on the website looked brilliant yet the service on the delivery was lackluster. 24 days after order was placed all received on day 23 is ‘ Hi we’ve been shipping and we’re sure you should expect tracking info soon. Do you still wish to proceed with the refund?’

…like come on buddy don’t hit me with offers and special details while I’m still waiting for the item. Asking if it’s not issued within a couple days please complete a refund, which turns into here’s a refund no comment.

TLDR:

Clothing looks good, never shipped item after 3 weeks. Just words of shipped soon followed with a refund of no explanation.

Resulta increíble que, en lugar de asumir sus prácticas engañosas, intenten lavarse las manos haciendo ver que necesitan más detalles, cuando ya aporté capturas de pantalla y vídeos de todo el proceso de compra.

More than a year has passed and Falinas has now contacted me again requesting more information about my previous review. It is outrageous that instead of acknowledging their deceptive practices, they pretend they need "more details" — despite the fact that I already submitted full screenshots and a video of the purchase process.

As I said in 2024, the product price was presented without any clear mention of a subscription. When accessing their site through Google, there was absolutely no warning that the price was linked to a VIP program. The charges were hidden and deliberately misleading.

This is not an isolated mistake. It’s part of a systematic strategy that many consumers have reported over the years. This company cannot be trusted.

Avoid Falinas at all costs! This is not just a bad experience — it’s a dishonest and manipulative business model.

Reitero lo que ya dije en 2024: el precio del producto estaba completamente desligado de cualquier aviso sobre suscripciones. Al acceder desde Google, en ningún momento se informa al usuario de que está contratando una suscripción VIP. El cobro es completamente opaco y deliberadamente confuso.

Esto no ha sido un error puntual, sino una práctica sistemática de engaño que muchos consumidores han denunciado desde hace años. No es una empresa confiable.

¡Eviten Falinas! No es solo una experiencia aislada: es un patrón de comportamiento deshonesto y manipulador.

I have upgraded my star rating following a further review from falinas regarding the original handling of my account and an offer to refund all monies taken as a goodwill gesture. Although this has taken the best part of a year to resolve I believe it is a genuine attempt by them to improve their overall rating. If you do decide to purchase items from this company, please ensure that you read all the terms and conditions relating to your account before proceeding to avoid further problems.

I have ordered with Falinas. The package hasn’t been delivered. Ok, not their fault. Then, i contacted the support, and they said they will give my money back, once I evaluate 5 starts here 🤷🏻‍♀️

The service and staff are excellent

No delivery and took, unautorised, 50 EUR out of my account. So the one star is one too much.
