I disliked the fact that I was signed up unknowingly and purchases went off my account. I could not cancel until I received an email at least two weeks later. I was extremely pleased that as soon as I canceled joining, I received an email to say that I would be refunded.

Update, I have now received a refund for the $9.99 that was the first charge. I am waiting for the second charge refund. The company has requested that I take down this review as it does give a positive reflection of their company. Once it is taken down they can expedite my refund. I will instead update my post and raise my star rating from 1 to 2 stars as it is going in the right direction. - I contacted customer service to cancel as it was not at all what I thought I was signing up for. I told them I would find something to order even if I didn't really need it and to cancel further transactions. I then received an email that my case was sent to the escalation team and the $9.99 that I was charged was being refunded. A favorable review was needed from me to finalize the refund. I did that since I felt that the issue was being resolved quickly. However, today I see another charge on my credit card coming through my bank made by your company. I have sent an email to customer service. I want to make sure no one else gets scammed!

The company shouldn’t open accounts without people consent even thought swear this is not possible it’s what happens, then is a no refund policy, and if someone Scalante the issue and you are promise a refund you are requested to give a 5star review before your problem is solve! That was my case with Emily, since Jan 2 that I intended to pay for something else on Facebook I’m dealing with this situation and no one responds my emails, no one can help and on top of that is the same answers you get thru the company chat. That this is impossible but I know I’m not the only one scammed to get to have a subscription of a company is not in my country and I never intended to. Now I have Mr.Uriel assuring me that my refund will be available as soon as I delete or modify this review, one thing I have to give and is that since I made public what happen they are willing to refund my money back.
