Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. People express concerns about unexpected charges and fees. Many consumers report being charged a monthly subscription fee, often around $39.95, without their explicit consent or knowledge. Several reviewers mention a preliminary $1 charge, supposedly for verification purposes, which then leads to recurring monthly fees. Consumers report difficulties in contacting the company to resolve these issues, with some stating that their emails go unanswered or that phone calls are not answered. Many people claim they did not subscribe to any service and demand that the company stop taking money from their accounts. Some reviewers are taking action by disputing the charges with their banks and changing their debit cards to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

I did not authorize this to be takin out of my account. 39.95 and im on disability. Im on a fixed income and can not afford to have any money thrown away like this on something so bogus..I contacted customer service she told me they have been taking 39.95 out of my ssdi money since May of 2025!! And told me she could only give me 10% of it back. This is federal money they are stealing! I barely make it with the amount I get.. and to have this being done to me is just heartless. Im contacting the fraud dept. With direct express.. which is my benefits money card provided by the government to have them proceed with the investigation. Common sense says why didnt I use these "tools" they provide if I was paying for them.
