Very disappointing experience with Fortuneo.

I opened my account through a friend’s referral and applied for both a current account and a PEA account at the same time. It has now been over a month, and my request for a Gold CB Mastercard is still not processed.

Asper their request, I transferred the required €300 initial deposit, yet I keep receiving automated emails asking me to make the same payment again. I contacted customer support several times and submitted complaints, but received no response.

As a foreigner, it is especially difficult to explain the situation, and unfortunately the customer care agents seem clueless and unconcerned. When I finally reached the helpline, I was told to send a paper application form by post, which was never clearly communicated and feels outdated.

Poor communication, long delays, and lack of support. Not acceptable for a bank.

This bank highly discriminates against foreigners. Registering is impossible.. Despite providing all documents and living in France for over 2 years, they keep refusing me. I tried at least 5 times and for some reason, they always come up with lame excuses why they can't proceed (like a made a typo in my birth date or some nonsense like that), which I didn't and I check everything twice especially when I enter information like this..

Prestation correcte mais l’interface de l’application est vieillotte et peu ergonomique.

Dans l'ensemble bien a l'exception de la partie bourse de l'application. Gros axe d'amélioration possible. Prendre exemple de l'appli trade republic.

L application et le site web fonctionne tres bien.
On trouve facilement les comptes et on voit les évolutions.

impossible to open an account, procedure full of system errors, worst customer service ever. 5 days they keep on replying with the same not relevant answers, bouncing you from one to another. Via phone is even worst, they don't even listen to you and just want to hang up.
