This bank does not provide any contact…

This bank does not provide any contact options for non-customers. I made an incorrect transfer to an account at this bank and would like to reverse it. There was no response. I reported this case to the banking supervisory authority.

Great bank, but currently bad problem and no support.

Actually I could have given them a 4* or even 5* as I was very pleased with the service, ease of use and fees.
But I had one problem, 1 month ago, where I needed to update my income with latest state tax report. I tried, but it failed and locked me out of the bank.
I managed to call customer's support, where they saw the error, apologized and said they will fix it by tomorrow. It has been a month, 7 calls (imagine the waste of time) and I still can't access my bank. Today I really complained to the lady who told me the same as the 6 previous call: "I forward your request to the proper department, please wait". I told her I waited for one month and needed to speak to a supervisor: "there is no supervisor". There is no one able to solve this, and I don't access to my account for 1 month !! If this is a freak accident, then Boursorama is a solid bank. If more people had the same problem, then it deserves only 1 star, as 1 month with no access to your bank is bad. So I put 3 * as I don't know :)

Sending tax documents to the bank impossible

The bank asked for fiscal documents again after 3 years for non residents. The instructions for sending don't work. The box for uploading a document is not visible or accessible. Customer service in France say they can see the box and it is the customer's problem if the box is not available. I tried 3 browsers and VPNs but the necessary box remained missing. Their IT system is obviously faulty. Also their app requires the submission of a passport and video even though we have been clients for years and have full website access. The bank is a complete failure as an online bank.

Customer service problem

At the begining they were fine. I have been a client for few years and was satisfied, Customer service is completely inefficient. Was not able to change my personal info. Finally they closed my account as that was my request. I never requested accont closure. Wired experience.

Don’t event try to open an account if you don’t have a French ID. They will waste your time and ask you for documents that only a French person can obtain. So save your time and go to another Bank! Utterly disappointing in 2026..
