Ordered not yet received. After chasing was given excuse they have system failure with a new expected processing time of 3rd January. Offered option to cancel. Not a great experience and had I not emailed I wouldn’t have received any response. If a problem is known they should have contacted customers as soon as they knew it would impact delivery not just stay quiet.

Company came up on website while searching for some mens aftershave, very reasonable prices. Received the item but when I opened it I realised i had ordered the wrong one . I contacted them and they said i could return the item no fuss .
