Excellent customer service from HPL Motors. After a small issue, they honoured a £50 tyre replacement quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.

Not the same at Atherton l since Martyn left ,it's car from this company 2 and a half years ago paid £22000 went in ast Thursday for a valuation they offered me £8000 I only did 18000 miles (gutted)

A superb team who move heaven and earth to make sure your needs are met. A huge shout out to Simon, who even came in on his day off to make sure we had everything we needed!! Saw a car on their website, no pictures as was "coming soon' but was just what I'd been looking for. Enquired online and they passed my details to Jamie at the Stockport branch who I dealt with throughout. Sent me pictures, arranged for me to view and test drive the car, then it was ready to collect the next day. Jamie was super friendly, kept in contact throughout the whole process and made everything so straightforward. Answered all my questions, nothing was too much, and no pushy sales. Great service!

Popped in to HPL Motors in Atherton to take a look at their cars in particular the Nissan Qashqai 1.5 e-power one in blue. The agent who came to check on us advised it was his current Company Car and he would grab us coffee then show us around it. Test drive went well and within 30 minutes or so we had bought the car and was driving away. Sean was amazing took us through all the details, helped transfer the car to my name and tax it. He was lovely to talk to/ deal with and would be happy to buy a car from him again.

Bought a car from HPL Motors in Oldham on 16 Jan 2026, from the excellent Adrian Embrey. Adrian was honest, helpful, friendly and efficient. I'd been to look at a different car somewhere else a couple of days before and had a horrendous experience, so I wasn't looking forward to looking at another car. Thankfully, though, dealing with Adrian was great. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and we even had a bit of a laugh too. Thanks, Adrian!

Daughter’s first car !!
Greeted at the door by Jack !! Somethings are meant to be as this young man was unbelievably helpful.
Not once was he pushy, not once did he try to sell us any car and there’s plenty of choices.
We obviously needed a car suited to a first car user.
We were shown several cars and the keys were given to us to ponder our choices, left alone too.
We left undecided and arranged to return. Once again Jack was on hand to help.
His Knowledge on the cars was excellent.
Eventually we took a test drive and purchased our daughter’s first car.

In whole !!!
If Carlsberg made a non pushy, polite, whitty, well educated salesman THEN JACK WOULD BE IT.
If you decide to look for a car and HPL motors is your choice of garage ASK FOR JACK !! Tell him Carlsberg sent you !!!!

I was helped by Kameron today, he made it very easy and straight forward he was lovely and friendly too. Would deffo use again and recommend . Made the whole experience nicer and as pleasant as possible

Jason was incredibly helpful and made the process of buying the car really easy and stress free. He explained anything and told me the pros and cons of everything. Was direct and really friendly. He really eased my mind and made buying the car an exciting stress free experience.

Paid £250 for logbook/private reg service – not completed and refund refused. Also owed £74.50 refund on care package. Dealer says they won’t refund until Audi pay them, which is unlawful. Emails ignored. Now taking formal action.

Shaun was very helpful from start to finish with my recent purchase of a Peugeot 208 for my daughter.
I had to travel to pick up the car and Shaun offered to pick me up from the train station on his day off.

Very friendly and helpful staff in particular Jamie, nothing was too much trouble and very knowledable about the vechicle.
From start to finish the service we received waa superb and would highly recommend this business great quality cars at reasonable prices..just ask for Jamie!

Not a bad place to go to buy a car. But be very wary of taking any extended warranty, had 3 problems with the car and lo and behold they weren’t covered by the warranty. Absolute nightmare!!!!!

Nathan Blake ( number 1 Nathan 🤣) was amazing, he was so professional and informative, he was training a new guy and he also was very good, did everything he said he would do, never had a car sale go sooooo smoothly, I will definitely be recommending Nathan and HPL to my friends , thank you Nathan 👌

We was seen my a lovely gentleman called Lewis M. He was a fantastic sales man! Didn’t push us into making any purchase (which some sales men do), was open and honest with pricing, any add ones we want and any fixes to the car before purchasing. We came in on a Sunday and Lewis got us driving away on the Wednesday. What great service! He was such a lovely man. I WILL be going back to Lewis for my next car in 4 years!
