Items are listed as in stock but are not: the first time my order took over two weeks to ship despite the products being listed as available. After asking for clarifications they told me they were waiting for a warehouse restock and offered to ship only half my order. I declined and my order was filled out after two more weeks. The package however was lost in the mail. To their credit, they offered to reship the products FOC but this took yet another three weeks as they were AGAIN out of stock. It's clear they list items as being available but order them only when actually bought by a final customer. All in all, it took me almost two months to finally receive my package! Good customer service, BAD company habits.

I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had — waiting so long, facing repeated delays, and then dealing with a lost parcel is absolutely not the level of service we ever want you to go through. We completely understand how upsetting and inconvenient this must have been, especially when you were expecting items listed as in stock.

We’ve looked into your order, which included Avaira Vitality (6 lenses) in -10.00 and -10.50, and I’m really sorry that the process ended up being far more complicated than it should have been. You should be able to rely on us for clear information and timely delivery, and we recognise that we fell short here.

Because manufacturer stock can change so quickly, they’re unfortunately unable to tell us in advance which prescriptions will face delays. We only become aware of a severe delay when the expected dispatch date has passed, and at that point an automatic email is sent to let you know what’s happening. That email also advises contacting us if the order isn’t fulfilled within 72 hours, as we may have received new updates from the manufacturer in the meantime.

We accept payment even when lenses are on order so that your prescription can be secured as soon as stock arrives, preventing it from being allocated to another customer. The estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on the manufacturer’s expected timelines, and while we usually receive lenses within 1–2 working days, delays like the one you experienced can occur — and we completely understand how disappointing that is.

We’re genuinely sorry this situation caused you so much inconvenience, and we really appreciate your patience throughout.

Sent lenses back 2nd November due ordered in error they were received back on 5th November left to contact them until Friday 14th as still no refund

Spoke to Ann on live chat who tried to claim item still not checked in and that it will take 15 working days just to be checked in to their system and then it will take 2-5 days to process the refund

All very much delay tactics probably so customers don’t chase updates

Returns do undergo verification, and with many parcels being processed each day, this can sometimes take a little longer. Very poor delivery service

I ordered my lenses on a saturday & paid for next day delivery (sunday) via evri. Unfortunately the lenses did not arrive. Today is tuesday, the courier does not have an actual person one can speak to. Please do not choose evri as your courier. Use royal mail instead. Very dissapointed as now unable to go to work tomorrow

Rip off existing customers 👎🏻

Constantly email me to try and get me to reorder but if I google the product I find a cheaper price on their website than what they’re adding them to my basket at. It’s wrong to over charge existing customers!

Terrible service

Terrible service! Ordered some lenses, expected delivery 28th June. On date of due arrival got email saying there's a delay, take 10% off next order (obviously assumes was going to order again) for 'inconvenience' caused. Monday 8th July still waiting for them to arrive, so I cancelled the order..did not even get a sorry can we not help in anyway...they just cancelled it. I'm sure they are great for a simple order of lenses, but I'm guessing anything beyond that (e.g. astigmatism)...I'd order now for Xmas delivery:-)..order nos: 240624-183258-4220

Ordered 25 June with 24 hour delivery

Ordered 25 June with 24 hour delivery. They did not turn up by 28th when I needed them for a 3 day trip. It's now 3 July, and they have still not arrived and I have a weeks holiday with no lenses. Called through, sat waiting 20 minutes and the phone cut off. No response to my emails. Used this company for years, but recently orders are taking a while to arrive. Will probably start taking my business elsewhere due to this.

Got the lenses I ordered quick would…

Got the lenses I ordered quick would have ordered from them again if they didn’t keep spamming my email adress with emails every day I have un subscribed lots of times and still get there spam every day. Would suggest to people not to give em your email unless you like spam emails from em every day .

POOR. Avoid.

POOR.
Made an order. Sent it back the very next day. Been Over one month now and still no refund. The parcel was received by them in 2 days. And one person says it can take 15 days to inspect. The other says 20 days and now someone says 30 days. But? It’s been OVER A MONTH NOW. Hideous company. Give me my money back for gods sake.

Excellent customer service and Lens

I keep ordering from Lenstore because they have repeatedly proven their availability and great assistance when it comes to problems with my order (never their fault, but rather the Italian SDA delivery). A precious service these days were everything seems to be automated and nobody is willing to help, I instead have found a super customer service in Lenstore, bringing me to trust them and knowing that I will be heard out and helped should I have a problem! The lenses as well are perfect ;)

Very poor customer service

Eventually an order arrived after almost 2weeks. An empty box with some batteries in and some paperwork from something else. Have attempted to phone, email and FB. No response from anyone. Very poor customer service, will be going elsewhere in future.
