Still waiting for a refund - I'm embarrassed for them that they have resorted to not responding now...

Sent my order 08.09.20 and have waited since! No answer on the phone.....this number is not in use, no web page anymore! Probably money lost!

This company is a fraud. Ordered on 20th July. Nothing but excuses and lies. No product has arrived. Completely fraudulent company do not deal with them.

I have bought from My Posture a backrest and I would like to tell you all that it's very helpful. I could feel the diference after two weeks. It was a good investment.

Great service!!! Already can feel the difference after using it for a few days as promised in their advertised. We were promised a 6 day delivery but the product came earlier. Even better!!!!! Overall quick service!!!

no matter how many times i have cancelled the subscription they still send out the useless straps and charge me £70.00 for 3 things that do not work.They do not answer emails at all and no contact numbers

The support and communication of MyPosture is brilliant. The Size was wrong and MyPosture replaced it immediately to my greatest satisfaction.

this is an update, i received my £70 back and my subscription is cancelled, you have to follow every step of their complicated returns process, but in the end it works out, took 4 weeks, I paid £9 with royal mail to send the 3 tee-shirts back to address in Denmark, uploaded the tracking number. upgraded too 2 stars but would recommend avoidance.

I bought the tshirt which helps to achieve a better posture.
It is a bit tight for a while until you get used to it, but after couple of hours of wearing it my girlfriend already mentioned that I have a better posture.I also received the package within 3 days(denmark).

Great products,noticeable effekt after just few days of usage.Recommended.

I've been using it at university and work, and it is a constant reminder to keep my back straight, I really recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dreadful company: hides its subscription rates behind 'discounted products', an almost absent 'customer service', one line replies that are unhelpful - no name, no contact details. Return process as outlined is horrendous and designed to put you off. I can only assume that the positive reviews ae either fake or people have written them having not tried to contact the company with an issue. Despite cancelleing my order I have been charged for it - Ive returned the 'form' to the returns department twice over 6 days and still no response. Dreadful sham. I shall start chargeback via my bank. Im sending the items back to their HQ with a recorded service. They still havent told me how to return items. Also no paperwork or receipts included in the delivery bags. Very dodgy.

It doesn't work. It might break your ribs, but it doesn't hold your shoulders back. So how it would help with posture???
IT IS A RIP OFF. I AM TRYING TO SEND IT BACK MORE THEN 2 MONTH . They do not answer my emails. They dont have customer service who would help you. On there website there is a live chat, but they are useless. This company is a THIEF.
