J'ai perdu mes 2 sites et ensuite je n'arrivais plus à acceder au site admistrateur. Les techniciens ont été receptifs, à l'ecoute et professionnel dans l'accompagnement. Ils ont été rapides et à la recherches de solutions concrètes. Merci à vous pour l'attention et la resolution de problemes.

Great webhosting. Very cheap for what they offer. Though, had some problems with them. E.g. once they updated their core software and for 2 weeks didn't admit that the changes made my high traffic website drop (I hadn't made any changes to the system and it just used to drop). Then at one point it just went fine and I managed to understand with my own analytics scripts that the problem was with the file system they said something like "ah, well that's probably because of our raid system". I lost thousands. They never even apologized for not admitting the problem in the very beginning. But that's ok, I kept the website with them, simply because it was inconvenient for me to move such a high load website. Then in october 2025 I just look at another website of mine and see it offline. I contacted them: after about 30+ hours they responded saying that they do not want to provide services to a person from the country I was working from. No warning even AFTER they shut down my server! And it matched and extremely busy period, so I had my website down for like a week and I could do nothing. That was a simple guitar tabs sharing website. No politics, no nothing. Thankfully they did provide me with access to download my databases and files, but the experience was dreadful. Tens of thousands of users couldn't reach my services. I lost hundreds of app users.

Follow up to a response: European Union restrictions do not make you treat your clients the way you did. No preliminary or afterwards warning tells everything about your views. And as it says in the title of this review - you never admit your mistakes.

After a rough start, I’m happy to say that the issue I experienced was fully resolved. The support team eventually followed up and made sure everything was working properly. While the initial delay was frustrating, I appreciate that they took the time to fix the problem. In the end, I’m satisfied with the outcome and can see the company’s commitment to its customers.

I signed up with o2switch because of the positive reviews about their hosting, but the reality has been disappointing. Their customer service is completely non-existent. I’ve tried contacting them by phone (multiple numbers) and by email (support@ o2switch.fr) with no response whatsoever.

Moreover, the English support number (UK) doesn’t seem to belong to any actual customer service line. Sending emails is useless, and the client panel doesn’t guarantee any response either.

A web hosting company cannot afford to ignore its customers, especially when it comes to technical support.

⚠️ I do not recommend them if you value even basic customer service. I’m seriously considering migrating my services to a more professional provider.
