Inflexible and expensive
I receive a note of delivery for a cupboard, including carry-in. The note is sent a SINGLE day before delivery on an ordinary weekday in a wide time interval (08-21h). Rescheduling the time costs 100s of DKK! Rescheduling to another day costs 49 DKK!

Very poor delivery experience
Very poor delivery experience. The desk was delivered to my table, but it did not include my support, and the delivery person did not bring it into my apartment. He did not respond to any of my questions. According to the order form, the service included delivery and assembly, but only the delivery was done. Very disappointing service.

I was unable to move the sofa
I was unable to move the sofa, due to my arm was injured. The driver helped us to get it to my house and he was amazingly kind. I appreciate his support and kindness again 👍🙏

Had a second large piece of furniture delivered by STEP. So far, the best delivery service for private people. Notifications come in good time, changes to delivery possible and are accepted very fast without delaying the delivery date. Map tracking of the delivery on the day, so you can plan your day better. Delivery guys are always very nice and polite. The fact that this company offers an additional removal of old furniture while they are delivering the new, simply made my day😁 life got just a little bit easier in that moment😁

Would be great if they could go the extra two steps to put the delivery on my lawn instead of the public side walk😩. Even better if there was an option to unpack and take all the hard cardboard boxes away upon delivery🤔
