After 2 1/2 years our cat flap stopped…

After 2 1/2 years our cat flap stopped working. I contacted the company and provided all information requested from them including a video to try and diagnose problem.
Today I have received an email from them to inform me I have a replacement on the way. I have since received a tracking number . Very Happy with the excellent customer service I have received.

One of the best customer care…

One of the best customer care experiences I’ve had. I needed a different door on my cat flap and when I telephoned I got through to Ellie and she was so helpful and said she’d get a replacement sent out immediately. It arrived 3 days later. The level of customer care of Sure Petcare is exceptional. If only all other companies shared their work ethic. And for this reason I will always stick to purchasing their products. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Am very happy, thank you.

Bought five connect cat flaps - all failed

Bought five connect cat flaps over a three year period.

All of them have failed in basic operations and utterly unreliable.

They either don't open and let cats out, don't recognise cats trying to come back in, or give you accurate notifications whether a pet is even indoors or outdoors!

Latest one lasted two days.... Luckily bought through Amazon as I've learnt my lesson about trying to get replacements or refunds through the company itself.

If you are thinking about buying... Do so through Amazon so you know you can return it within 30 days!

A grand spent and for nothing but stress and continued email conversations with customer support and providing videos and measurements and confirmations of batteries used etc etc etc. Round and round in circles and never get a fix!

All I ever wanted was a fix for my cat flap and app to work as per the promised features!

Not much to ask for when paying out such a lot of money,

The SureFlap Microchip Pet Door

The SureFlap Microchip Pet Door is an excellent product that I would highly recommend. My cat is safe indoors as no other cat can get in. The curfew mode keeps him safely in at night, whilst allowing him freedom to come and go as he pleases during the day.
The customer service department is excellent. After several years, I was given maintenance advice when troubleshooting a problem. Then after another couple of years, I was promptly sent a replacement part that had worn out during the seven years of constant use. I'm very impressed with the exemplary service department.

Limited lifespan

After 2.5 years new batteries started running low after just a few days.

Support blamed it corrosion and refused to help under the warranty. There hasn’t been any battery leakage or water ingress, so any light corrosion has been from ambient humidity.

Maybe you’ll have more luck if you live in a less humid location, but I feel disappointed with my purchase and the support.

Amazing company

Asked for advice for a couple of old catflaps that were not working, hadn't been used for a couple of years, now have a new cat. The customer service department could not have been more helpful, sent me a new catch cam for both, free of charge, to France, in 4 days, unbelievable service. Cannot recommend this company enough, for product and, obviously, for their after sales service

Excellent Customer Service

We have used SureFlap for years and would highly recommend. We had a problem with the flap as the batteries were running low very quickly. I phoned customer services and after a few questions and a request for a few photos they were very prompt in confirming they would send a replacement which we received the very next day! Well done Sure Flap for excellent customer service.

I absolutely love my SureFlap cat…

I absolutely love my SureFlap cat door/cat door connect. It is the best product for keeping track of my cats when I am away from the house and having them safely locked inside at nights. Recently my cat door has stopped functioning properly and the response from Sure Petcare has been great. They have listened and responded. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat.

Fast resolution to cat flap problem

Cat flap stopped working correctly after about 18 months. Support team were really helpful with diagnosing the issue, and sent out a replacement part which arrived the next day. Very pleased as we now have a working cat flap once again.

Exceptional service

Really excellent

Really excellent, prompt and friendly customer service when we had an intruder cat breaking in through our old catflap.
