Purchased new Hub cat flap and the notifications from hub didn’t work.Phoned surepet hotline and after a number of checks sent a brand new unit after setting up everything works perfectly.
Customer service and help and advice was perfect and easy to understand.
Would recommend pet safe for your cat and dogs exit and access to house.
