I had ordered a shoe cabinet and only 1/2 package arrived. Since then, I have tried to call, send multiple emails, and filled in the contact form on their website but they do not reply to anything. Furthermore, I have another item that is still in its original packaging (not opened) that I want to return but their return page doesn't work.
Very bad experience trying to contact them for more than 10 days, I hope they will repond quickly.

I ordered one piece of furniture, which is shipped in two boxes, but I only received one of them. Despite this, the delivery company marked the order as fully delivered, which is obviously incorrect. I can only assume that the second box was lost during delivery.
What’s especially frustrating is that Sweeek doesn’t offer proper customer support — there’s no phone number to call and speak with someone directly to resolve an urgent issue like a missing package.
I’m still waiting for help and a clear solution, whether that’s sending the missing box or issuing a refund. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope Sweeek takes responsibility and improves both their delivery process and customer support.

I have made an order 10th of January!! One month later I still have not received anything!!! I can see that ordered traveled in Dpd and went back! Contacted Dpd many times and sweek and no one answers me and I can see it is coming back to sweek. I want to get my refund! They don’t answer! I demand here an answer!

I ordered two bedside tables and one dresser, which means the delivery should consist of three separate volumes. More than two weeks ago, I received only two of those three volumes — meaning I received just half of the dresser. Despite all my efforts and multiple follow‑ups, I still haven’t received the missing volume.
Because of this, I can’t even comment on the furniture itself, as I only have half of one item. The only feedback I can give at this stage is on the delivery service, which has been extremely poor.

No customer support. They have a mobile contact available at their website which is a AI machine and it directs always to an online form to get support. My product was ordered 3 weeks ago and the tracking number says it is in my city since 7 days ago and it’s not being delivered. When contacting the carrier they say that the product was not shipped from Spain and are not able to tell me anything else.

The positive:
The website has lots of options and price range.
The delivery was as estimated.
The negative:
The box was damaged.
There were scratches in one of the doors. On the top part there a dent/ mark that luckily my TV covered.
The finishes are not great.
I understand its cheaper than real wood but honestly just go to ikea and buy there.
Not worth over 100€ for sure.

Experience was not the best. Love the style of the Nepal series but the quality is poor. Makes it look cheap, since many chips in the dresser and night stands. Good prices, but not worth buying.

I bought the Ida sofa and I'm very happy with it. The delivery to Lisbon area was fast, assembling it was easy. It looks good! Great option if you're looking for a budget friendly pull-out sofa

I have shopped at this store many times, but the experience remains disappointing. The staff are unfriendly and indifferent, and incorrect prices are often charged, even for items clearly marked as on sale.
When I pointed this out, the mistake was corrected without any apology or courtesy. Being overcharged and met with such indifference is unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

I received my garden furniture set in good time. There was an issue with the courier delivery (in Portugal) but Rose from customer service immediately sorted the redelivery for me with GLS courier and I received the items literally hours later. The customer service is excellent, friendly, efficient and with a super fast response time. Thank you Rose you are an asset to the company.

I placed my order back in May with the expectation that my item would only be in stock 8 weeks later in July. I was given delivery dates and when the time came, I got an email telling me that my item was dispatched. It’s been over two weeks since the initial delivery date/the day it was dispatched and the item still hasn’t arrived. We have been stuck at home for two weeks waiting for a delivery or even a call to schedule delivery and nothing. We have tried emailing, and filling out the form online before we tried calling (first we found a number that was from Luxembourg and it was practically impossible to find your real number) only to be told by a robot to fill out the form before it hung up on me. The only communication I have received from sweek was this email asking for a review. I cannot give a review of the pergola I bought because I don’t have it, but customer service is atrocious. I am seriously considering trying to cancel my order. -100/10 would not order again from this site.

For the price the furniture was good, but we received one package from a different set in error. We then had to wait 2 weeks to get it replaced which, considering it was their error, was too slow.
