It was my first time going with The aim group for studying a course with them. I have officially just passed my Level 2 course in children and young people’s mental health. The Aim Group have been very helpful and supportive, sending regular reminders of units that were due ect. I would highly recommend going with them! I really enjoyed this course!

Highly recommended courses
After being made redundant in April I found that even though I had years and years of experience in administration roles some companies still wanted a qualification so I signed up for a free course to gain one. The whole process was easy from start to finish and it was nice to work at my own pace.

Enjoyable course
The coarse was quick and easy to set up the software was intuitive throughout. I gained a far more from the course than I’d expected and my tutor offered all the support I needed.

I received a phone call that answered all my questions especially as I suffer with dyslexia before starting the course, if they are this friendly and helpful then the courses are going to be a breeze (easy), i'm planning on doing more courses through AIMGroup

Read the small print, it's been 13 weeks since I finished the course and still no certificate. Apparently you can wait up to 12 weeks to get one. And when it still hasn't arrived by the 12 weeks you will get the palm off. Had I known it was going to be this hard to get the certificate from this company, I wouldn't have wasted 3 months doing the course - If I ever get the certificate, it's going to be too late to use for the job I wanted - shocking service

I have been in the middle of looking for courses to improve my skills in life to hopefully move out of a retail job that i have been in for over 10 years and found the AIM group on the internet
once on there i was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information that was on the website so i clicked on the ask for help service that is displayed and was put through to a person named kimberly
kimberly took a few details from myself on what i was looking for and within a few minutes was able to look into courses near me that would help me head towards the change of career that i should be able to get into with this information
Friendly and polite from beginning to end and will certainly use this service to move forward in life and hopefully a new career

It was really easy to sign up and select the course I wanted to do. The platform is also quick and easy to navigate. Once the aim group connected me with a provider and a tutor, I could start my course and email my tutor if I had any questions or issues.
