Dave Magee was an inspiration. His delivery, style and passion for helping others gave me and a few others the confidence to stay motivated as a level 3 course can sometimes be a challenge. I feel I am ready to step into a Telecoms role and looking forward to starting a career in Telecoms.

I contacted The Aim Group as I had a few questions about a course I was interested in. They were very professional and very informative. I decided to go ahead with the course and had a few problems with the enrolment forms. I contacted Emma on a few occasions and she was so super helpful and helped me resolve the issues. I would highly recommend The Aim Group!

Excellent customer service!
I had a slight admin issue and I got in touch and immediately Emma was incredibly helpful. I had my confusion cleared up and she went ahead and got me problem resolved and provided more information and support before I had asked. Very efficient and polite when doing so, I really appreciated the effort that was put into it!

Disorganised and a waste of time
Signed up to complete a level 2 cyber security course on 6th August. Went through different hoops and contacting them to send me the correct enrollments forms which I then completed promptly. All done within a week of initially signing up. I contacted them again after the weekend to see when I could start the course, to be told that the forms I have completed are old forms and that the cyber security course is no longer available due to a new academic year and lack of funding. So I have given them all of my sensitive information, including my driving licence to be told that I can no longer do the course, even though I was in contact with them trying to get the enrollment done. All forms etc were completed within a week of applying. Makes no sense and makes me worry about giving all my information for nothing.

Accessible online learning with great support
The whole team and especially the teacher were very helpful. Courses can be done online and at your own pace with all the support available, they always respond very quickly. I might do more courses with The AIM Group in the future, had a very good experience, thank you!

SCAM
SCAM, Aim is an information harvesting scam group. 8 emails and on hold indefinitely ....2 hours each time to ask how to start the course after completing their 'registration' documents, harvesting personal information to facilitate identity fraud. no response to emails, one contact number is ' no longer registered' the other plays an on-hold message on repeat, at premium rate call charge.
