Refuses legal warranty on defective items - Worst support experience ever!

I purchased a SureFeed Connect which arrived defective (loud clicking noise / motor failure). What followed was a nightmare of stalling tactics and incompetence by the TinyBuddy support.

Despite sending clear video evidence of the defect immediately, support ignored the issue, claiming the video didn't show "total failure" (which was intermittent) and refused to help.

The worst part: TinyBuddy explicitly refused to handle the warranty claim, stating: "We at Tinybuddy do not issue any warranties; these are issued by Sure Petcare". They also refused a return because the defective product was "not unused".
This is a blatant violation of consumer rights. A retailer is legally obligated to replace defective goods upon arrival, regardless of manufacturer policies.

They tried to gaslight me into thinking a broken motor is not a reason for a return.
I eventually contacted the manufacturer (Sure Petcare) directly, who solved the issue within hours because they confirmed the unit was indeed broken.

Verdict: Do not buy expensive electronics here. If it arrives broken, you are on your own. Zero accountability.

Avoid this store!

I ordered cat food from Tinybuddy AB on June 18. The delivery company Budbee returned my package to Sweden without my consent, and I never received it.

Tinybuddy first promised to resend it via another carrier, but then stopped replying to my emails. A few days later, Qliro sent me an invoice demanding that I pay for the return shipping — for an order I never got!

Terrible experience, zero customer support. Never buy from this store!

The worst and most unserious company

The worst and most unserious company. I returned the goods, they registered my return but my money was not returned. I have been writing to them every day for a month and they keep telling me that they have problems with the system, that my money will come in a few days, in fact I have not received any money back. I do not recommend!!

item that said “on stock” got delayed…

item that said “on stock” got delayed by 2 weeks, then finally when it was shipped, instead of sending it to my home address, it got delivered to a small local shop 35km away from my town, like wtf? I literally live 200m from 4 pakke shops

I paid extra for delivery the next day

I paid extra for delivery the next day. I hear nothing from the company. So I have to contact them (they are only contactable by email, to which they don’t respond. And by chat via messenger. You need to plan when you contact them. During the chat they suddenly vanished and I heard nothing. So I send a “?” and was prompted by a “gone to lunch for an hour” message.).
When they eventually return I find they haven’t even finished packing my order, let alone shipped it!
I paid extra to get the parcel quickly because I need the shampoo in it to help calm the hives on my allergy prone hive-riddled dog. They are no help whatsoever. And they don’t care. They have no idea of when my parcel will arrive. And they refuse to reimburse the money I paid for speedy delivery. It’s clearly a scam to have people pay extra when they don’t honour it. I cannot say enough bad about them. Steer clear of their swindling ways unless you prefer to waste your time, your energy, and your money!

Can't fulfil order

Ordered dog food during easter holiday, it stated on the website that it would be delivered to our address on April 5. The week after easter I had not got an update, so I emailed them and was told that they did not have the product in stock and that I should have been notified on the website that they estimated to send the product from April 9. Of course, they were incorrect as I know what was stated, otherwise I would not have made the order in the first place.
So today on April 9 I called and asked about the order, and was told that the product was delayed and that they might get it in stock on April 12. So I immediately cancelled the order, and the customer service representative was quick on sending me a cancellation email. Currently the product states, that it will be shipped within 4 weekdays. But as they have not had the product in stock for the last 7 weekdays, I can't trust the information. Will not order from this site again!
