It's one of the worst fashion stores I've ever seen. The service is terrible.

Definitely a scam. They have nothing to do with Germany and Berlin. They are selling fakes and for a great Deal of money as well. Theyre shipping from China, for a return they want you to ship the package back to China. Scam, scam, scam. Luckily we have paypal.

Ich habe bei Werner Mode online bestellt, die Lieferung kam zwar an, aber die Ware kam viel zu spät und die Qualität war miserabel – fast wie „Plastikkleidung“.
Als ich den Widerruf erklärte (bin innerhalb der 14-Tage-Frist geblieben), wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich müsse das Paket ausschließlich nach China zurückschicken – zu horrenden Kosten von 40–60 € plus möglicher Zölle.
Das ist unzumutbar und verstößt gegen das EU-Verbraucherrecht, das eine Rücksendung innerhalb der EU erlauben muss.
Hilfreiche Verbraucherzentralen warnen auch ausdrücklich vor diesem Shop.
Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen.

I ordered from Werner Mode online. The delivery did arrive, but it was very late and the quality was terrible – almost like “plastic clothing.”
When I exercised my right of withdrawal (within the 14-day legal period), I was told I must return the package only to China – at exorbitant costs of €40–60 plus possible customs fees.
This is unacceptable and violates EU consumer law, which requires that returns for EU customers be possible within the EU.
Consumer protection agencies have also explicitly warned about this shop.
I strongly advise against ordering from here.

Never order something at Werner Mode. Everything that already has been written ist true!

OMG - what a bunch of scam merchants. How the hell haven't these guys been shut down. This is 10000% scam. I paid €90 for 2 lounge suits which, according to the photo, looked luxurious and high quality. What arrived (after 2 weeks) was, at best, 2 badly made prison outfits worth a max of €2. I was proper scammed

Poor quality, wrong sizes. High return cost! Total scam!

This is disgusting. You are scammers. The website said that the jacket was made of real leather!!! But I received a polyester jacket!! Burn in hell.

Wrong material, wrong size very bad quality. Specification in the site and product pictures are different with delivered product.
Worse case is that they ask for DHL packet service which is very expensive. Around 50 Euro and all other dhl services is not accepted. Price of product around 80 euro it is not worthy to pay such money for return. From other side DHL packet make insurance up to 500 Euro for packet that maximum value should not exceed 140 Euro ( as Werner mode asked in its form).
All aspects of business is not looking clear.
I am just wondering how such businesses could operate in Eu and specifically Germany with such strict rules and regulations.

Be very careful when ordering from this Werner Mode (Berlin). They have a German email address, webpage, etc. however they have a residential address in the Netherlands. Items are shipped directly out of China and the quality belongs to rubbish bin status and size fittings does not conform with EU sizes. Should you want to return the items you have to return it to China at own cost. Non of the latter is explained prior. The state in which the clothing arrived was even more of a dire state. Our refund is yet to show up. So sorry that we haven't read reviews prior.

One star is to much. The Quality of the goods is not acceptable with the price! Shipping is from China with a German Domain and a Sales entry in Netherland! Be carefully!

The company is not in Germany. It takes very long to receive the items and then of course you either pay more than the price to send it back or you end up reaching an agreement.

Wie man sieht ist auch das Fake. So hohe Versandkosten? Das ist eine Unerhörtheit. Die beiden Onlineshops:werner-mode.de (unfassbar da steht noch Werner Mode Berlin) und der Onlineshop: wolffashion
sind absoluter Fake. Keiner der Sitze ist in Holland. Rückversand trägt man selber mit sehr hohen Kosten und um an den Punkt zu kommen Bedarf es vieler Mails. Ich wende mich an den Verbrauchers hut oder an einen Rechtsanwalt. Diese Shops sollten verboten werden.

One star is also more ! Such a shitty company that give bad quality product in their website state that you can return product with some form but when actually I wanted to return the product they said free level return won’t be available. I would need to pay for the return. Other Chinese websites are far better than this shitty Netherland one

This company gives you a big headache and unnecessary stress. If I only read the reviews before I ordered I would not have a bad experience.

Absolutely disaster , it’s a criminal what they’re doing!
We ordered a shirt , on the picture it looked pretty, 100% cotton , but they sent us absolutely other piece of something that doesn’t look like the shirt we ordered / saw on the picture, different color, different structure. That’s crazy shop
