Lebara reward for introducing a new…

Lebara reward for introducing a new customer. Trying to use the app to claim the award was almost impossible and lebara chat was hopeless in trying to sort out the issue. Noted other people reporting similar difficulties. Managed to accomplish the task on my laptop. Once claim was received by Aklamio. com, the reward was paid swiftly into my bank account.

Problem rectified quickly

First, the reward was send a month late on the day that it expired. After raising a complaint, the due reward was sent back to me the next day, so they deal with their mistake very quickly, so this is the reason why I gave 4 starts. On reply to your reply, it stated in the original email received that the link would expired on the day send and I did try it and the link to claim the reward would not work! So this may have been just an email link issue? Anyway, you dealt with the probem promptly so I am happy!
