I will write in English because get…

I will write in English because get faster, for me personally the shopback ist the best cashback app, I use shoop and topshopback and it's not so good like shopback. Never had problem with them 😊

Worst Service ever

I had purchased a 200€ item on Aliexpress with hopes of getting 15% cashback with this Service. Along with it i also was promised 10€ for Invitation Bonus.
After i had gotten the Item, i didn't get Credited on Shopback.
Of course there might be several reasons for this and it might have been just a mistake.
So i sent the Shopback Service an Email to inquire about my matter.
(the correct email address was also very hard to find, since the one on their site didn't put my mails through.)
I had gotten a response back that they couldn't validate my Order, and that i should send them Proof so i had sent screenshots of my purchase and my Order number so they could get in Contact with their Partner Aliexpress.
After a week or two i get an Email, that their Partner did not respond, and that they are sorry for letting me wait. This went on for a couple months (I think about 4 Months or so) with getting a Mail every other week, that they still didn't get a response from their Partner until one day they just stopped and i had gotten no response back.
So i checked my Shopback account and the Cashback gets revoked.
If that wasn't enough, they also took the 10€ Invitation Bonus, which i couldn't cash out anyway because they had revoked my Cashback.

Now it has been 11 Months (almost a year) and i didn't receive anything from Shopback.de

I highly discourage anyone from using this site.

Cashback promises not honored

ShopBack Deutschland advertises cashback but doesn’t deliver. Despite following all steps, the cashback was never credited. Support only gives excuses instead of solutions. Time you spend here is a waste.

The validation period depends on the partnershops' settings and purchasable items. Typically, partnershops set the period such that the right of withdrawal has passed, before confirming cashback.
